El internet no Yego nunca al cuarto 16, mi recomendación si pueden poner unos repetidores para conectarse mejor ,sería genial, ojalá en agosto que yo regrese este mejor la señal.gracias.solo ese detalle x favor.

La ubicación, nada más.

Cons:

De entrada, te atienden con una cara de...ya te imaginarás. La segunda es que te piden firmar como 700 papeles, parece que estás tramitando tu pasaporte. Las habitaciones están bien, el baño también. La cama SUPER INCÓMODA. Muy básico, ni frigobar había. Tuve que tomar esta opción ya que empezó a llover. Hay mejores por la zona donde se ubica.

Todo muy bien, la atención muy amable y coordial

Cons:

Que el estacionamiento quedara muy lejos del hotel, nosotros llegamos de noche y si quedaba muy lejos para regresarnos. Optamos por pagar estacionamiento en el establecimiento de al lado.

Las instalaciones estaban descuidadas, tanto chapas de puertas, el elevador parecía que necesitaba mantenimiento, tuve que ir a recepción a pedir toallas ya que no había en la habitación

No pudimos accesar a la Alberca porque en la mañana le ponen los químicos solo rentamos una noche y apesar de que entramos diciendo que venimos por la piscina ...no se nos comentó hasta cuándo quisimos bajar a bañarnos en ella que hasta en 24 hrs se podría accesar porque ya le habían puesto químicos al medio dia

"Muy mala experiencia"
Pros:

La actitud del Sr. Roberto.

Cons:

Habitaciónes llenas de polvo, sin aire acondicionado, instalaciónes viejas, nada cómodo.
Tuvimos que salirnos del hotel así como entramos, no nos quedamos ni 15 minutos.
