Pros:

El personal muy amable, la ubicación estupenda, muy cerca del centro y segura la zona.
Me sentí comoda y segura en el hotel y el precio fue muy accesible.

Cons:

Por las fotos creí que mi habitación iba a ser un poco más amplia y me hubiese encantando que tuviera una ventana para que entrara luz natural. Estaba muy oscura mi habitación. La limpieza y mantenimiento, puede mejorar.

I liked the hotel very much and would return any time.
Pros:

The hotel is right in Merida Centro, the staff was super friendly and respectful. There is a nice clean pool and the hotel has a small restaurant on site where they offer breakfast.

Cons:

My particular room was right next to the elevator which caused a bit of noise. But it wasn´t so bad to request a change. It is a big hotel and there are a variety of rooms, so it may be a good idea to look at some.

Excelente ubicación, y servicios. Sugiero que el horario del restaurante sea más amplio.

Solamente nos dejaron agua el primer día, los demás días no.
Sugiero que se anuncie en el hotel que no se dará agua porque generalmente los hoteles ofrecen agua todos los días.

Cons:

Sugiero que todo las las habitaciones cuenten con ventilador de techo, además del clima artificial con que cuenta.
También sugiero que la ventana tenga un mosquitero.
Todo lo demás fue excelente.

La ubicación y en recepción el chico que me atendió muy amable

Cons:

La lavandería o algo del personal estaba justo detrás de la habitación que me tocó se.escuchaba todas sus platicas y no era cómodo, no había privacidad en esa habitación ya que si hablaba obviamente me escuchaban al igual que nosotros a ellos. Muy incomodo
