Everything was great. The room was very clean and comfortable.

We didn’t have hot water neither day we stayed and the water that we did have was yellow. The sofa bed my daughter was suppose to sleep in had cereal spilled all over the top I had to clean all that up we had no Kleenex in room and the 2 times we went to the pool there were not any towels we were here for a conference and convention and were extremely disappointed we will not stay here again. If we have to travel if the convention decides to use this hotel again !! The general manager refunded only one night and gave us a complimentary lunch. But for 914 ine night refund still leaving 500 was outrageous!!! I would not recommend this hotel to our friends and family it was a dump!!

The staff was amazing. The hotel is recently made over and was very nice and clean. If I had any issues it was with the size of the room that felt small even for a hotel. Felt very cramped. Oh and the luggage carts were awful. Barely fit in the room and held nothing very well. But that won't keep us from coming back.

Nice hotel but not walkable to down town

Very accommodating, friendly, and centralized to all events.

This is not fancy but it is comfortable. Staff was very nice. Room an social area was clean. Bed was comfortable, room had a sofa and everything that we needed. Ice cream social was nice, have never had that in a hotel before. It was very close and easy drive to Sight an Sound Theater. I would stay there again.

Great room for the price. Comfortable bed, clean, neat. I would like to have had a coffee pot in the room, but room is still 5 stars

They had numerous Tesla destination chargers which was awesome!

The only thing that would make it better is a bigger parking lot. It’s hard to get in and out of the front parking other than that the facilities are perfect.

Stayed on a business trip. The staff was friendly. The room was great! Quiet. It's a short drive to a lot of dining options. Would stay again.

Didn't like that the wifi was not working, coffee in the lobby was cold and empty when we really want a cup of coffee!!

Stayed here 6 nights. The staff was very welcoming the hotel smelled nice upon walking in. The room was an average hotel room. The shower is difficult to figure out how to turn it on, had to call the front desk for instructions. The walls are paper thin so you can hear everything. You can hear people talking in the bathroom through the vent. People have no courtesy anymore so all day and night you hear people slamming their doors. Ac seems to be out dated in the room didn’t really get cold.
The breakfast is typical breakfast they do offer biscuits and gravy on certain days.
They have a free ice cream social from 9-11 every night except Sundays. A lot of buses use this hotel for their stays. So the breakfast area gets pretty packed. You’ll have to take it back to your room if you want or downstairs in the lobby.
This hotel doesn’t offer free bottles of water to Hilton honor members (which is quite unusual since every other Hilton brand hotel I’ve stayed at did offer free water.)

Staff was exceptional. Rooms cleaned well. Big drawback for us is that there are no drawers in the room and limited closet space. We like to unpack and put things away. Street was hard to find. Might stay there again.
