very disappointing experience
Pros:

Poor room quality and horrible service. Had loads of insects in my room, got moved to another room where the AC was not working, then to another room where humidity was horrible, then to another room and so on.... horrible quality and ruined my whole stay

Cons:

Service is not good. Quality of food is not amazing but the rooms are in pretty bad condition, and I know because they moved me between like 4 of them so sadly I got a good look. Totally not worth the money

Nice and upscale hotel in tropical setting - highly recommend for a tropical time-out!
Pros:

Fantastic place in the jungle of Panama. The room was really big, and spotless clean. The staff (even though they all speak very little English) was very attentive and helpful at any time. The room overlooked the river and on the terrace was a hammock. The food and drinks were delicious. And the pool is huge. Also there is a pool bar, serving great cocktails while at the pool. The hotel offers excursions of which the monkey island tour I can highly recommend!

Should have stayed longer... (so no, nothing I didn't like there)

Nous nous attendions à un resort nature, mais c'est plutôt un resort *dans* la nature.
Pros:

Logement bien situé en pleine nature, les chambres sont grandes et propres, le restorant et le bar sont excellents.

Cons:

Les activités proposées sont hors de prix, et aucune activité par soi-même n'est encouragée. Il n'y a pas de sentiers aménagés autour, l'herbe du terrain n'est pas coupée et il y a beaucoup de tiques, aucune indications pour marcher jusqu'aux autres bâtiments, tout se fait en navette. Nous nous attendions à un resort nature, mais c'est plutôt un resort *dans* la nature.

Llegue y no tenían habitaciones, me la entregaron una hora despues de la hora del cheking, me dieron la habitación más lejana del hotel, que no tenía ni teléfono para poder llamar al lobby y para rematar el aire acondicionado dejo de funcionar en la madrugada.
