De locatie, uitzicht, omgeving, ruime kamer, hygiënisch, terras met hangmat

Cons:

Verouderd. Ontbijt buffet werd niet voldoende aangevuld en was duur naar wat we kregen. Dinner in restaurant was lekker, maar in ongezellige ruimte en bediening was chaotisch en traag

Séjour agréable pour 2 nuits
Pros:

Bel emplacement, entouré de jungle, piscine agréable

Cons:

Le peu d’aide pour trouver sa chambre dans ce grand hôtel.
Les tarifs proposés pour la restauration et les sorties, de fait nous n’avons pas choisi la formule all inclusive ce qui nous a laissé plus de liberté ayant une voiture

Ein in die Jahre gekommenes Hotel (amerikanischem Stils) in unglaublich faszinierender Lage
Pros:

Das Hotel liegt fantastisch...Flora & Fauna einfach wunderbar. Das Zimmer ist groß und typisch amerikanisch, sowohl von der Ausstattung, Größe als auch Einrichtung. Wir hatten kein Frühstück und waren auch nicht im Restaurant essen. Die Bar bietet einige Kleinigkeiten an, die gut geschmeckt haben. Die Cocktails halten sich in Grenzen was den Geschmack angeht und der Preis könnte nach unten korrigiert werden.

Cons:

Sowohl die Fassade an großen Teilen der beiden Seitenflügel als auch die Zimmer sollten einer großflächigen Sanierung unterzogen werden. Der Pool und die Poolbar schließen schon sehr früh, Meinung aller Besucher unterschiedlichstem Alter...zu früh.

Pros:

Ubicación espectacular, rodeada de naturaleza y con vistas maravillosas. Muy buenas instalaciones y piscina. El safari nocturno es perfecto para ir con niños. Habitaciones amplias y muy cómodas.

Cons:

Las instalaciones están en buen estado, aunque sería recomendable una actualización, ya que algunas áreas empiezan a verse un poco envejecidas. La experiencia en general fue buena, pero tuvimos un problema: al intentar contactar con la recepción y la cafetería por un doble cobro en la tarjeta durante un almuerzo, no conseguimos hablar con nadie para resolverlo.

Exceptional grounds
Pros:

The grounds are exceptional. I came for the wildlife, and the wildlife did not disappoint. Tons of birds, sloths, caimans, howler monkeys, etc. Definitely worth the upgrade to the river view with the hammock. I don't spend much time in the room, but it was really nice to lay out there with a coffee in the morning while the jungle comes to life, or in the afternoon before sunset. Bring your binoculars if you have some. Lots of bird watching opportunities right from your balcony! The room and bathroom are huge, pillows and towels were plentiful. The beds were comfy. Most staff are extremely friendly and knowledgeable. Lots to see and do right on the property, and the famed Pipeline Road is a 5 minute cab or Uber ride away. I didn't use the pool but it looked fine.

Cons:

I didn't take the all inclusive option since I planned on being out and about most of the day. I brought some snacks for breakfasts and to hold me over until dinner. If you plan on doing this, definitely do not buy your snacks at the property. It's eye wateringly expensive. Just stop at a grocery store beforehand. The small fridge in the room is helpful for this. The buffet and a la carte restaurant didn't look amazing, so I opted for the Monkey Bar food which was fine. You are pretty secluded there so not a lot of options for food and drink, which was expected. I came for the wildlife not the dining :)

L'emplacement et le cadre avec la vue sur le fleuve, l'espace extérieur avec la pisicine

Cons:

L'accueil vraiment pas chaleureux, nous sommes arrivés vers19h00 et personne n'est venu nous aider avec nos bagages, nous étions en plus localisés sur les dernières chambres de l'hôtel. Au départ, j'ai demandé de l'aide et personne n'est venu. Il manquait le hamac sur notre terrasse.

Tolle Lage,wunderschöne grosse Zimmer,tolles Essen

Cons:

Die Mitarbeiter an der Reception waren sehr unmotiviert und dessintressiert gegenüber den gästen.Unser Zimmer wurde nicht gereinigt und und erst nachdem ich es das 4 mal an der Reception gemeldet habe wurden um 18:00 lediglich die Handtücher ausgetauscht..sehr schade….

Pros:

The hotel rooms & facilities were outdated and our air con was inefficient and loud. You could hear the next door room noise and air con.

Séjour confortable au cœur de la jungle
Pros:

de notre arrivée à notre départ, nous avons adoré le séjour. Particulièrement appréciés la gentillesse du personnel, l’espace de la chambre, le confort des lits, le balcon et sa vue, incroyable, ainsi que le petit déjeuner. La piscine est grande, et même lorsqu’il y a du monde, on n’a pas l’impression que c’est bondé.

Cons:

Dommage que les parties communes souffrent un peu et par endroit d’un manque de maintenance, surtout au niveau des extérieurs et des abords de la piscine.
