Location, views, pool, friendly staff at bar.
Unfriendly staff at reception. Overpriced tours. Noisy AC unit in the room
Location is amazing. Buffets are quality. Rooms are spacious.
The fridge in the room had no temp setting and froze what we put in there.
great location and view over the forest
good breakfast
each room with balcony with view and hammock
birds and animals roaming around the property
staff could be more proactive. the property is big, they could give a map and signal that one path for a walk starts very nearby. but focus is on selling tours, which are overpriced.
Très beau bâtiment avec vue magnifique
Belle piscine
Très bon petit déjeuner
Chambre spacieuse
A good option to stay almost in the middle of Gamboa forest, we saw monkeys from the hall!
It has a food package which was convenient.
We had a short free tour in the night and went to see the sloths
The surrounding is kind of creepy, because of a lot of abandoned houses which they preserve as patrimony. They do not belong to the hotel but they seem to.
I asked about tours (sloth sanctuary) , in case we could go by our own (we had a car) and they told me we could nt, but really felt as if they wanted to sell me the tour.
The location was out of this world. Right in the heart of the jungle. One could truly sit back and enjoy creation.
I thought the music round the pool area and bar was unnecessary. I wanted to relax and hear the natural wildlife around me and the water cascading in the pool.
El balcon con la vista, las camas
No telefono, no valet service
There is an error in our réservation.
We reserved on booking.com and we paid for all included.
It ils clear on the reservation info given by booking.com that the bar is included. When we arrived at the hôtel, we where advised that we only had one beverage per meal... AND on top of it à non alcoholic beverage.
Someone has the wrong information and the hotel won't take any responsabilité or any measures to give us satisfaction...
For this reason our review will be
according to these facts.

Check in was smooth. Location is great for birding.
You play up videos of Aracaris feeding at your on site feeding location: however, the location is terrible for photos and the feeding schedule is so unpredictable that it was a joke thinking you actually did it. Wildlife and especially birds are active from sunrise until shortly before 9:00 in the morning and again from around 5:00 p.m. to sunset. Leaf blowing nearly every day during these hours was scaring away nearly everything. If you want to keep attracting birdwatchers, then give them quiet during these key hours. OF all the places I stayed in Panama in three weeks, yours was the most expensive and your food quality did not match your high prices. If you want to improve your food quality, send someone to the Radisson Panama Canal or the Mount Totumas lodge for what food quality should be. I would never give you a five star rating because you are not a five star hotel except in outside looks perhaps.
It was very relaxing, clean, and a beautiful facility
It was very difficult to get in touch with the personnel prior to the arrival date to get some questions answered. They were not very responsive to phones, texts, or emails. Once at the facilities, the staff was very helpful.
wish the meals would've been included in the price.
