Schade, das nächste mal woanders - die haben das wohl nicht nötig!
Pros:

Das Personal war sehr freundlich bzw. die Nachmittagsbesetzung des Empfangs neutral, das Frühstück ausreichend. Man hat einen extra Raum (ohne Aufpreis) zur Verfügung gestellt in dem ich mit meinem Haustier frühstücken konnte.

Cons:

Am Empfang wurde mir tags zuvor allerdings sehr barsch mitgeteilt, dass das eine Ausnahme sei. Das nächste Mal solle ich mir 'gefälligst' ein anderes Hotel suchen. Ich solle doch meinem 14-jährigen Hund beibringen, wie er sich alleine im Hotelzimmer ruhig Verhalten könne, wenn ich nochmals kommen wolle.
Kann man auch netter Verpacken.
Der Boden hatte einen unappetitlichen Flecken direkt neben dem Bett (siehe Bild)

Ich würde dieses Hotel immer wieder buchen und zu 100% weiterempfehlen!
Pros:

Das Hotel ist zentral gelegen. Alles ist fußläufig erreichbar. Das Frühstück war umfangreich. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und stets ansprechbar und hilfsbereit. Insbesondere der Herr, der das Frühstück "organisiert" war nicht nur sehr freundlich, sondern auch ausgesprochen aufmerksam und schnell. Alles wurde stets wieder unverzüglich aufgefüllt. Zudem sind die Frühstückszeiten absolut urlauberfreundlich. Man muss nicht mitten in der Nacht aufstehen, um frühstücken zu können.
Das Hotel kann ich nur weiter empfehlen.

Cons:

Die Straße ist recht laut. Aber das ist nun mal ein Stadthotel. Das Hotel hat Ohrstöpsel auf den Zimmern. Ich selbst wohne auch mitten in der Stadt, bin insofern den Straßenlärm gewöhnt und kann nicht beurteilen, ob und inwieweit die Stöpsel geholfen hätten. Aber wer lärmempfindlich ist, sollte das vor der Buchung beachten.

Tolle Lage und sehr nettes Personal
Pros:

Die Lages des Hotels ist sehr gut und zentral gelegen. Besonders gut gefallen hat uns auch die Freundlichkeit des gesamten Personals. Das Frühstück hat zwar keine riesige Auswahl, aber dafür ist alles liebevoll hingerichtet und von bester Qualität. Wir werden dieses Hotel auf jeden Fall wieder buchen.

Cons:

Die Teppiche könnten ausgetauscht werden. Die sind leider nicht ganz so hygienisch und auch nicht gut für Allergiker*innen geeignet. Es gibt aber deutlich Schlimmeres.

War sehr schön, gerne ein anderes Mal wieder.

Sehr freundliches Personal, reichhaltiges Frühstück, 24/7 Rezeption besetzt. Beim Empfang gratis Kaffee und Gebäck. Ideale Lage zum Rathaus, Münster und auch die Verbindungen mit der Strassenbahn sind ideal. Kein Auto nötig,
