Hotel perfecto, atención estupenda y ubicación genial

La habitación muy cómoda, la cama estaba genial, nos gustó todo

Cons:

Podría mejorar el desayuno, ya que cuando se agotaban las cosas tenias que decirlo al personal. Pero en general todo muy muy bien.

Pros:

Hotel muy céntrico,con aparcamiento a 15€ el dia.
Especial mención para Versna de recepción, nos dio muy buenas recomendaciones turísticas y su atención fue excelente. Ofrecen café y magdalenas gratis para huéspedes. El hotel está muy limpio y las camas son muy cómodas. El desayuno muy completo con opciones para todos los gustos.

Cons:

Hay que reservar el horario del desayuno y son inflexible para adelantar la entrada al comedor,al estar de turismo los planes cambian y no nos permitieron entrar a las 8:40 cuando habíamos indicado 9:00.
El café del desayuno es mejorable y no disponían de tostador.

gerne wieder, kurze Wege, hilfsbereite Hotelmitarbeiter, zum Übernachten völlig ausreichend!
Pros:

Lage: Zentral, etwa 300 m weg von diversen Restaurants und Cafes in der Innenstadt.
Ausstattung einfach. Kleines , übersichtliches Hotel mit genügend! für das Hotel reservierten Tiefgaragenplätzen direkt unter dem Hotelgebäude, mit direktem Zugang via Treppe zur kleinen, aber 24/7 besetzten, Lobby mit hilfsbereiten! Mitarbeitern.
Das Zimmer selbst lag unter der Dachschräge (erst ab der Lobby geht es auch per Fahrstuhl nach oben).
Bei geschlossenen Fenster war kein Stadtlärm mehr zu hören. Bei sommerlichen Temperaturen, mit offenem Fenster bei Nacht wahrscheinlich anders.
Die Auswahl beim Frühstück war nicht sehr groß, keine zig verschiedenen Backwaren, etc. aber das , was geboten wurde, war frisch und schmackhaft!!

Cons:

Eine Matratzen der beiden Box-Springbetten waren schon etwas durchgelegen, nicht eingemuldet, aber einige Federn waren spürbar. Diese Matratze hatte ich :-( meine Partnerin lag besser.
Ein parallel laufender großer Kongress in Freiburg hatte alle Hotelpreise um min. 50% hochgetrieben, ich konnte den Übernachtungstag/Termin in Freiburg aber nicht antizyklisch verschieben :-(
