Acceptable for the price but a few things need some maintenance.
Pros:

Was very clean, quite spacious with a good layout. Great for a small family. Check in was easy. Keys in a box. Location is good.

Cons:

The air-con blew hot air only. 3 air cons but none of them working. There was no one about to assist. We arrived at 2:30pm and the reception was closed. We were on the noisy side of the building facing the west. Not on the ocean side where there is no road. Was not expecting a spa/shower. Okay for us but if I was a little older or more fragile, good luck trying to have a shower.

Good value for money, room layout is really nice. It could be awesome with some renovation.

Cons:

The facilities are very dated, there is deeply ingrained filth that cleaning alone wont remove
