Good location clean tidy friendly people comfy bed only issue was Queensland lost the origin that night so I was grumpy.

Cons:

Had one issue with washing machine leaking but didn’t affect me at all let them know on checkout and that could happen anywhere mine at home has leaked. So not a problem

Clean & comfortable but no customer service
Pros:

The apartment was a good size & was clean. It’s easy to access by bus but too far to walk into the city centre for a quick bite to eat or to get supplies.

Cons:

TERRIBLE customer service from the reception staff on the very rare occasions there was even someone there.

It’s also on a very busy road so if you’re unlucky enough to get a roadside apartment (as we were), it’s very noisy.

Etablissement propre, bien équipé, assez proche de l’esplanade

Cons:

Un peu difficile de communiquer avec l’établissement pour organiser l’arrivée, appartement situé sur une rue centrale très passante, et donc très bruyante surtout la nuit... pas mal de personnes très alcoolisées aussi dans la rue donc sensation un peu d’insécurité...

Great experienced
Pros:

Very clean, comfortable, walking distance to Explanade (boardwalk area), nearby coffee shop called “Maddys” the best coffee and Tacos, not far from hospital and a good size room and kitchen. It takes around 10 minutes to Airport by Taxi.
