Adequate accommodation & value for money!
Pros:

Clean, big apartment with all amenities ! Close to airport , good for late night arrivals !

Very nice stay. Will definitely consider them again in my next visit.
Pros:

The staff (Alla) was very helpful and friendly !

Cons:

The bed is said to be Queen size, but in reality it is double size. So it is small for 2 tall people.

Great stay in Cairns
Pros:

Clean and very comfortable apartment. The kitchen was well equipped, good WiFi.

Cons:

We stayed here twice and each time the cleaning staff just came into our room before we checked out and before check out time (once 9.30am and the other time 8.30am). Once that can obviously happen, she said it was a misunderstanding but the second time we extra locked the room and put the „do not disturb sign“ out and she still did it, this time 1.5 hours before checkout.
On our second stay they also stated deep cleaning the carpet in the corridor really early in the morning right in front of our door. We really got the feeling that they don’t want people to use the full time you booked.

Good for a short stay, request room at rear of property
Pros:

The property suits a family or small group with 2 bedrooms, a kitchen, a lounge and laundry facilities to enable self-catering and guests having some space to spread out. A short taxi ride from the airport, and a nearby bus stop for trips into town or out to Palm Cove. Manageable walk to nearby waterfront and cafes.

Cons:

Road noise from the balcony facing the main road meant sitting outside was not relaxing. The decor is a little tired and dated. The opening/interconnection between the master bedroom and the lounge room may not suit all guests.

It was very good overall. Rooms were clean. Service was good. Staff were friendly and helpful.
Pros:

Apartments were spacious.

Cons:

Beds were too soft. No fan/ventilation in the bathroom.

Great value for money. Plenty of parking and very nice staff.
Pros:

The room was really nice and was great value for money. I was very happy with the stay.

Cons:

My wife didn't like the bed's mattress and thought it was too firm and had trouble sleeping.
Personal preference will vary on this negative but if you need or want a soft mattress this might be an issue for you.
