Everything about the room was good, my only issue was with the woman working the front desk
Cons:

The woman working the front desk needs to pay attention to what she is doing, I was in town to take my physical therapy board exam. My mom wanted to help me out and use her credit card to help pay for my room. I’m a student and don’t have of money. We went through this whole process of my mom emailing a picture of her ID and the credit card for us to use and then after all that the lady at the front still charged the wrong card. I immediately went back to the front and made her fix but because of her screw up the charge is pending in my account and I didn’t have hardly any money for food which was the entire reason for us going through that process. She didn’t even act like she was sorry for her mistake, over the hotel itself was good and maybe she is usually better but her screw up could have easily been avoided if she had just paid attention. It’s been 2 days and that money is still not back in my account.

OK for one night on the road
Pros:

That hotel was in a convenient location. Price was good.

Cons:

It was very noisy in the hotel. We heard people talking and televisions from other rooms. We heard helicopters airplanes and traffic during the night. The sheets were very scratchy.

Pros:

The gym was nice and the breakfast they put out everyday was really good.

Cons:

The bathtub was dirty and one of the jets didn't work. But overall everything was nice.

Pros:

A lot of pillows. The room attendant was so sweet. Was good and clean.

Cons:

The jacuzzi tub was so small. It looked nothing like the picture. I could hear the guy in the next room too well. The channel service was terrible. You have to sign into your own account. There were guys barbecue outside thst were being very loud and crude.

It was a great stay the staff was amazing the room was comfortable but we wish we had somebody changing the trash out
