The pool bottom was dirty and slimy.
It was very convenient as far as getting around Fort Smith.
When we got to our room the glass window was unlocked and there was broken glass outside. You couldn’t even see outside the window anyway.
The ac unit couldn’t keep up. My husband and I really like it cold and the temp didn’t even get below 70 at the lowest setting.
Our cards didn’t really work. The first day when we checked in one card didn’t work, but we weren’t planning to go to the room without the other so okay fine. The next day the only working card decided not to work and we couldn’t get in the room. I tell the employee at the desk and he seemed annoyed with me.
Won’t be back.
Nelly at the front desk was superb. Asset to the Hotel. Seemed like she was always busy.
Bathroom floor was a little slick and being 70 years old. Created a concern. Just put one of the big towels on the floor plus put one of the hand towels on the bottom of the bathtub. Problem solved.

Housekeeping needs to clean better I don’t want to see previous guests hairs in tub and on floor
Check-In was easy:) No one at desk when checking-out😳 Breakfast was your basic BW style. Room came off clean and we had a quiet night sleep😃 Nice size TV with good channel selection. Plenty of hot shower water with good water pressure. Love BW towels! Older BW hotel but it seems they work hard to keep it in good condition.

Hot breakfast, I understand it’s free. But most of the motels seem to serve the same fake breakfast.
Could have been a better greetings on arrival and overall the place was not as clean as it should be for guests.

Breakfast was really good and tasty. Very quiet despite my room being right next to the swimming pool outside. Chili's, Buffalo Wings, Outback, and Chuy's within walking distance allows variety as I stayed a week for outpatient medical treatments. Staff was very attentive and friendly,
Would have loved having bacon for breakfast every morning!!!!

The bathroom: the shower rod was broken and the bathroom door was broken and we kept getting stuck in the bathroom.

Small parking lot, not really pet friendly area
There was a lot of maintenance around & in the hotel itself. Upon arrival I had to change to a smaller room because the elevator was broken. The air conditioning was not working even for the small room size. The water was turned off for a few hours & you could not use your bathroom at all. There were numerous times the front desk was left unattended & the tiny pool was a big disappointment. I checked out early due to the number of issues I encountered. A refund of some proportion would not be out of order.
Too many issues as stated
The location was great near many restaurants, and stores.
The bed was uncomfortable due to hard mattress.
Staff were nice
Very large gap on door. At least a good inch of clearance from door to floor. Shower was very difficult for my disabled girlfriend to get in and out of, even though it was supposed to be a handicap room. Walls must've been extra thin because we could hear everyone's comings and goings.
