Bon hotel, très bon emplacement, ... mais Front office pas top
Cons:

Vérification auprès de la réception si je pouvais me garer dans des emplacements situés au delà du Mur d'enceinte; le long du boulevard. Oui pas de problème m'a t'on répondu. Lendemain matin, voiture enlevée = fourrière = -134 €
Garer vous uniquement dans le parking payant (!!) à coté de l'hotel.

possibilité de se stationner à proximité. Emplacement idéal proche du centre ville à pied.

Cons:

beaucoup de personnes viennent à la journée de l'extérieur et font que la structure SPA fait un peu usine.
A savoir que dès l'arrivée à l'hôtel, une empreinte bancaire est faite du montant de la chambre majorée de 30%. Ce qui a un un impact immédiat sur la capacité de la CB. Je trouve le montant complètement abusif.

parfait pour un week end en amoureux

chambre spacieuse et luxueuse, literie confortable, bonne restauration, louge bar tres agreable, spa tres agreable, restauration et petit dejeuner copieux et delicieux, emplacement parfait pour visiter le centre d'AIx en provence.

manque une double porte de separation dans la chambre pour ameliorer l'insonorisation avec le couloir, manque une vraie piscine dans le spa,

Un très bel hôtel, accueil et personnel au top ,bienveillant et souriant (réception, restaurant… )
