Agréable mais petit déjeuner a améliorer.
Pros:

Le hammam est vraiment très bien.

Cons:

Le petit déjeuner est vraiment très inégal, le petit déjeuner continental est de belle qualité, notamment les oeuf brouillés.
Les cafés et thés sont trés bien aussi.
Par contre les patisseries, viennoiseries et les jus sont vraiment de basse qualité voir mauvais.

Pros:

Literie très confortable, petit-déjeuner buffet très complet, accès libre au Spa sensoriel directement depuis l'hôtel. Très bonne cuisine au restaurant de l'hôtel L'Orangerie.

Un endroit parfait pour séjourner à Aix
Pros:

La gentillesse et le professionnalisme du personnel fait de cet hôtel un endroit où nous reviendrons. Nous avions oublié qqch dans le réfrigérateur de la chambre et un employé de l’établissement nous a appelé pour nous prévenir. L’emplacement est parfait, les équipements sont parfaits également, le petit déjeuner est copieux et varié. Très bon rapport qualité/prix.

A disappointing experience, the hotel was recommended but failed to impress.

Cons:

Staff in bar and restaurant were not polite, made me feel uncomfortable. The bar area being reserved for spa clients while paying guests are unable to sit at the tables is very poor.

L'emplacement est exceptionnel. Le personnel est au petit soin. Le petit déjeuner est très bon et varié. L'hôtel est propre. Il est au calme. Le spa est très bien aussi.

Highly recommend this hotel but would not go to the spa again
Pros:

Location excellent, room very good, staff in hotel helpful and friendly

Cons:

The spa was well equipped but seemed rather disorganized with poor communication. One or two of the persons were very good but several others seemed to lack the correct skills or knowledge.
