Location excellent and the pool is just the best
Nothing not to like
Over het algemeen was ons verblijf aangenaam. De faciliteiten waren in orde en het ontbijt was goed, met voldoende keuze. Ook de ligging van het hotel was een pluspunt. De kamer en de omgeving waren verzorgd en vormden een mooi kader voor ons verblijf.
Wat ons vooral tegenviel, was de houding van sommige personeelsleden. Op de ochtend van ons vertrek naar België vroegen wij aan een medewerkster tijdens het ontbijt op een vriendelijke manier of het mogelijk was om enkele kleine zaken mee te nemen voor onderweg. Hierop kregen wij vrij kort en onvriendelijk het antwoord: “No, absolutely not.”
Wij begrijpen uiteraard dat het hotel hiervoor bepaalde regels kan hanteren. Toch had dit op een vriendelijkere en meer gastvrije manier gecommuniceerd kunnen worden. Deze houding heeft onze algemene ervaring helaas enigszins negatief beïnvloed.
