Pros:

Sehr freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal. Gutes Frühstück. Sehr zentral gelegen. Fahrradgarage zum sicheren Unterstellen der Räder.

Hotel perfetto! Consigliato
Pros:

- Accoglienza + check in + comunicazione: tutto perfetto. Personale gentilissimo che parla inglese ed è disponibile sempre h 24. Ci hanno anche informati che la 1’ sera ci fossero i fuochi d’artificio
- Posizione: ottima, a circa 15 minuti a piedi dal centro
- Tranquillità zona/rumori: eravamo in una camera al 3’ piano interna quindi non abbiamo sentito alcun rumore esterno
- Dimensione camera: grande e spaziosa, anche il bagno
- Ascensore: presente
- Pulizia: ottima, non abbiamo trovato nulla fuori posto. Tutti i giorni era compreso il servizio di pulizia e rifacimento camera
- Bagno + doccia: specchio molto grande, così come la doccia e tutto pulito
- Prodotti bagno: presente bagnoschiuma e sapone mani in dispenser
- Letto (materasso) + cuscini: molto comodi, abbiamo dormito bene
- Lenzuola ed asciugamani: puliti e cambiati tutti i giorni
- Imposte: inesistenti, ci sono solo le tende ma coprono bene e non fanno entrate la luce. Si può dormire senza mascherina
- Tv: presente
- Presenza bollitore, the, stoviglie, latte e panna
- Acqua di temperatura perfetta, si può regolare senza problemi
- Vista: interna
- Wi-Fi: ottimo, funziona perfettamente
- Servizi: presente il bar dell’hotel molto bello e rifornito. Non so se ci sia il rooftop o meno ma c’è una sauna
- Colazione: non l’abbiamo provata (costa 23€ a testa)
- Deposito bagagli: possibile dopo il check-out
- Presenza frigo

- Insonorizzazione: non molto buona, si sentono tutti i rumori delle altre camere anche se nessuno ha mai disturbato dopo le 21

Schönes freundliches Hotel in bester Lage für Familien mit kleinen Kindern sehr gut geeignet.
Pros:

Die Lage ist einfach top. In nur wenigen Gehminuten ist quasi alles erreichbar; Jungfernstieg (U3), Mönkebergstraße, Planten un Blomen, alles da, was man braucht. Direkt ums Eck gibt es auch sehr gute Restaurants und Bäckereien.
Das Personal war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend.

Cons:

Es gab leider immer wieder Probleme mit unseren Zimmerkarten und die Tür ließ sich erst nach freischalten an der Rezeption öffnen. Am Anreisetag stand plötzlich sogar ein andere Gast in unserem Zimmer, weil wohl die Zimmernummer doppelt vergeben wurde.

Tolles Hotel mit hervorragender Lage
Pros:

Super Lage direkt bei der Binnenalster. Man ist auch schnell bei planten und bloomen.
Das Personal war super freundlich und zuvorkommend. Wir bekamen kostenfrei ein 3 Tage Ticket für die öffis.
Tolles Frühstücksbuffet. Wir waren mit unseren Kindern dort, denen hat es auch gefallen.

Tesisin konumu merkezi bir yerde çoğu yere yürüme mesafesinde.Merkezi tren istasyonu ve otobüs terminaline yakın.Hamburg belediyesi binasına yakın.Odalar temizdi.Personel girişte ilgiliydi.Odalar çok büyük değil bilginiz olsun.Ama tatil için yeterli.Sadece konaklama için kullandık çoğunlukla vaktinizi şehri keşfetmeye ayırıyorsunuz
