Bien situé près des lacs et pas trop loin à pied de la gare (15 mn).
Chambres bien insonorisées.

Le personnel d’accueil est peu, voire pas souriant. Du coup, nous n’osions même pas poser de questions.

War, wie bereits bei den vorherigen Aufenthalten, rundum zufrieden.
Pros:

Ich war jetzt zum vierten Mal im Baseler Hof. Da inhabergeführt ist es individueller als andere Hotels. Es wird auf Nachaltigkeit geachtet. Das Personal jist freundlich und zuvorkommend. Die Lage ist wunderbar. Das Verhältnis von Preis und Leistung stimmt.
Sollte ich erneut nach Hamburg kommen, werde ich sicherlich wieder im Baseler Hof übernachten.
