A good hotel
Pros:

Close to the opera house. Excellent breakfast. Helpful staff.

Cons:

Room a little tired. Not the best pillows.

Super Service der Rezeption: Eigentlich ist der Check in erst ab 15 Uhr. Wir waren bereits gegen 12:30 am Hotel und da unser Zimmer zu der Zeit noch nicht fertig war, haben wir ein Upgrade zu einem größeren Zimmer bekommen.

Pros:

Freundliches Personal. Sehr gutes Frühstück. Ruhiges und sauberes Zimmer.

Cons:

Das Hotel ist etwas hinter der Zeit. Es werden aber momentan Renovierungsarbeiten durchgeführt, um das Hotel moderner zu machen.

Alles in allem war gut. würden wir wieder benutzen.
Pros:

Das Zimmer hat unsere erwartungen erfüllt. Frühstück haben wir nicht genutzt.

Cons:

Die Preise für das Frühstück und das Parkhaus sind überzogen. Haben den Bäcker um die Ecke genutzt (17,-€ für zwei Personen). Im TV gab es nur 3 oder 4 Programme.
