Hoteloase nahe Alster
Pros:

Schon als wir vor der Tür standen, kam ein freundlicher Mitarbeiter, um bei den schweren Koffern zu helfen.
Personal insgesamt: ausgesprochen zuvorkommend!!!
Ein richtig gutes Hotel in perfekter HH-Lage mit einem Preisleistungsverhältnis, das sich sehen lassen kann!

Es war ein angenehmer Aufenthalt im Hotel. Wir kommen gerne wieder.
Pros:

Wir waren mit allem sehr zufrieden.
Die Lage des Hotels im Centrum ist für Besucher der Stadt ausgesprochen günstig.
Das Frühstücks-Angebot war reichhaltig und der Service der Bedienkräfte sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend.

Cons:

Leider hat das Hotel keinen eigenen Pkw-Parkplatz. Aber das Parkhaus auf der Alsterterrasse ist eine vertretbare Alternative.
