나름 깨끗하고 아침도 종류가 많진 않지만 있을건 다 있고갠춘
고속도로에서 멀지않고 주차 무료/안전 중심으로 찾았을때 최고

파티를 즐겨하는 나라사람들이 엄청 시끄러움

Pros:

We loved this hotel. The price was good. The reception was very nice. The room was clean and matched the size of our group. The breakfast was excellent. All the staff were very nice.

It was adorable

Cons:

Felt unsafe. Staff changed my reservation without telling me and charged me multiple times for my 1 night reservation I made on Booking.com and switched my reservation to a direct booking as a walk-in without informing me, at an increased rate. In addition to this, they placed a hold on my card for a large amount of money without informing me. My $98 reservation turned into over $600 in charges and holds. The manager gave me a bunch of strange excuses that made no sense as to why this happened, and it took me 3 days of phone calls to get the situation resolved.

The room had no normal pillows, instead, had throw pillows with oversized pillowcases. The heater sounded like a loud heavy rain storm. The housekeeper entered my room when I was sleeping at 10am, when checkout was 11am. The shower had hairs dried to the walls and curtain. It was just gross and an all-around stressful and uncomfortable stay.

Pros:

The kids loved having a pool. The room was large for a family of 4 with sofa and 2 queen beds. Plenty of room to move around. Breakfast was great.

Overall it was a great stay. It’s not a top notch, 4 star hotel, but for the price, location and the kind staff I would

It was conveniently placed near everywhere I needed to go.

Cons:

My room key got deactivated about 5-6x so I did a lot of walking to get it turned back on. It’s not really a complaint because the staff was super helpful.

More pool towels would have been nice.

They mislabeled a breakfast item and my son ate one of his allergens. They were sneaky and would not admit their mistake.

The pool was filled with disgusting water and not usable. It shouldn’t drained. In the unused pool area they laid out dirty mattresses to clean.
