I reserved this hotel thru Booking. Was quoted and received a reservation number for a certain rate. This hotel does not honor the rate. Staff just gives me a runaround
Close to the freeway. Walmart gas station across the street.
Breakfast.
Great price, clean and a good breakfast. Perfect location and quiet
Pool was so cold
This hotel has recently been renovated and mostly they did a good job. It looks new, feels new. But there are problems.
1. No directions or map on the website, so I went to the internet and was told to exit #263. Wrong! That exit took me to construction and no lodging. After a long tour of Brigham City, we finally found the place. Use Exit 362 east! But it isn't on the city highway, but a short, narrow street one block north of it.
2. As I sit here typing at the desk, the A/C blows right on me. The vents don't move. I had to turn it off until finished.
3. No ice maker except a small one at the breakfast rook that makes very little ice and the ice melts right away.
4. One luggage cart. This is a fairly big place, but if someone else has the cart, you'll have to carry everything yourself and make take many trips.
5. The cheap TV remote, a Samsung, is hard to use. Korea makes very good TV's, but the remotes have strange symbols and are too different for me. Can't find a guide button and have no idea what channels they have here.
It is a fairly ordinary hotel and very clean (whatever happened to motels?—you could drive up to the door and unload easily!), but we probably will stay elsewhere when we return on this highway—just too many annoying issues.
Location was good. Front desk staff was nice. We woke up too late for breakfast but the menu looked good.
The bathroom sinks weren’t in the bathroom; they were outside in the bedroom area. This in itself was fine, but it did make getting ready a little more difficult; we typically rotate people through the bathroom in the mornings, while others are still asleep. Not a huge deal though.
They didn’t have any Diet Coke in the pop fridge!
SOME of the staff were absolutely lovely people, free parking, location
Hotel management, room and property maintenance (numerous broken items), hot breakfast (old reused oil used for cooking)
Very clean and tidy. Comfortable beds and good breakfast.
We had a wonderful stay at the Best Western in Springville, Utah, and would absolutely stay here again.
We were a little hesitant when booking, but from check-in onward, we were pleasantly surprised. The check-in process was quick and friendly, and we were even recognized on the board as Gold members, which was a fun and welcoming touch. Our room looked great—the layout was well designed, and it felt comfortable as soon as we walked in.
I’m very picky about hotel bathrooms and beds, and both exceeded my expectations. The bathroom was especially impressive: the shower was very well lit and had plenty of built-in shelves for toiletries—something that’s often missing in hotel bathrooms. The bed was incredibly comfortable and made for a great night’s sleep.
The location worked perfectly for us, as we were visiting the Bear River Migratory Bird Refuge near Brigham City, and the hotel was conveniently close. Parking was easy, plentiful, and free, which made everything even smoother.
We enjoyed the breakfast buffet as well. While it was a standard hotel breakfast, it met our expectations, and the staff member working there was very friendly and welcoming.
The Wi-Fi was fast and reliable with no issues connecting or staying connected. We stayed on the top floor, and the room was very quiet—we didn’t hear noise from neighboring rooms, and hallway noise was minimal.
Cleanliness really stood out throughout the property. The hotel, the room, and the grounds were all very clean and well maintained.
While I’d always love for the price to be a bit lower, overall this felt like a great value for the comfort, cleanliness, and experience. The only small downside was that the hot tub wasn’t functioning during our stay, but we’d happily use it next time.
Overall, a comfortable, quiet, and welcoming stay. Highly recommend!
Location was great. Just off the freeway. Easy access on and off. It was quiet, clean, and a good deal. Definitely would stay again.
The room was great!
Close access to our room. Close parking.
