Nice place to stay.
Pros:

Very nice hotel an hour outside SLC. My room was comfortable and clean. It has a fairly large tv with a good selection of channels. I wasn’t able to enjoy breakfast because of early departures but the posted menu looked inviting. I really liked the window shades. They can block out all the light and you don’t have to worry about the air conditioning blowing them open. Nice touch. Hotel staff were friendly. I’d stay here again

This property was a disappointment for the cost.
Pros:

This is a good location as it is close to the freeway with access to a neighborhood for morning or evening walks. The breakfast buffet was better than average.

Cons:

Our room needed attention: black ring in the toilet, broken lamp, electrical outlet near the bed did not work, and the ball valve in the toilet tank was broken so it leaked constantly. Additionally, the indicator lights on the air conditioner did not work, so it was difficult to know the setting. We brought these items to the attention of management, but there was no effort to make them right or refund any of our payment.

The property needs a renovation. It’s dated and was expensive considering what it offered.

Cons:

Hotel is dated. Room smelled like someone had been cooking fish tacos and fajitas just hours before getting there and the smell didn’t go away (even after opening a window for several hours, turning on bathroom fab etc).
