Great stay could of used a refresh during the stay.
Pros:

Clean, fresh rooms. Friendly service. Large room.

Cons:

We did not get daily or any refresh in the 6 days we were there. Asked for fresh towels every day.

Really good stay as we worked and as Juliana had a couple soccer training sessions.
Pros:

Really nice upgrades. And the staff was really good. We do not like the outside color. And of course the weight room was not open as yet.

But we'll be back.

Cons:

We do not like the pricing, of course, but realize the need as costs and overhead determine.

Overall experience is good except the smell
Pros:

Newly renovated hotel, 2 mins walk from Juneau Airport. The best choice for those who want to catch early morning flight.

Cons:

The ventilation system allowed cooking odors from a neighboring room to seep into mine, where the smell lingered all night until I checked out this morning

I thought it was a great place to stay if you needed to be near the airport or ferry terminal
Pros:

It was much better than the reviews lead you to believe. The room was spacious, comfortable and quiet.

Don’t stay here
Pros:

Walking distance to airport.

Cons:

Our room was disgusting! Hair in bath, bed that looked like someone had slept on it, disgusting stained carpets - like a crime scene(!), thin gross blanket - complained but did not get a room change nor a refund.

The front desk staff here is very friendly and helpful!

Cons:

The facilities are old, worn out, my room could definitely have been cleaner. It's also the first time I did not have a sheet on the bed when I checked into a hotel room

It served our purpose but I won’t stay here again.
Cons:

There is a camp of homeless behind the hotel, saw one person from there lurking around the parking lot looking in car windows.

Cons:

The room keys were constantly not enabled, ridiculous since you also needed them to get into the motel itself. Everything was extra, had to ask for toilet paper and hair dryer, no in room coffee and morning lobby coffee ran out daily . Nothing extra in room at all, kitchen was barren, would have to pay for anything you would actually need. Run down and worn, everything looked banged up, should have been half the price for the facility provided.

I should get a refund. It was not a good place to sleep and stay, at $400 a night, over the top, bad

The hotel was in terrible shape, not really clean, outdated supplies and furniture's. I would NEVER stay there again.
