Important information:

Based on local tax laws, guests with a tourist visa to Israel are exempted from paying VAT for their reservation. Israeli citizens and residents ("non tourists" as defined in the VAT law) must pay VAT. This tax is automatically calculated in the total cost of the reservation for domestic customers. For guests booking from outside of Israel, the tax is not included in the total price.

The full amount of the stay will be charged to the credit card provided during booking 14 days before arrival. In case of late cancellation or no-show, the credit card will be refunded the full amount minus the one-night cancellation fee. Please note that check-in time may be delayed on Saturdays and on Jewish holidays. During this time, rooms will be ready only 2 hours after sunset. Please note that children under 16 years old cannot access the wellness center.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Pros:

שידרגנו את החדר שהיה מרווח, נוח ונעים. חדר אוכל מרווח, אוכל בסדר, באובר בלובי מצוין עם צוות צעיר ונחמד מאד. בריכת שחיה נעימה!

כאמור החדר שלנו היה מאד נוח, אבל מבחוץ לו פעל כל הלילה מנוע או גנרטור כלשהו שהפריע מאד את השינה....

Прекрасное отношение персонала, чисто, все близко - спа, бассейн, парковка. Чуть дальше столовая. Еда очень неплохая, все свежее. Тихо, спокойно, красивые растения, птицы, антилопы по кибуцу ходят. Гостей стараются развлечь, есть разные атракции. Я не первый раз уже, всегда была довольна

Мини холодильник в номере не работал. Не то чтобы он очень был нужен, но все таки

צוות המנקים/ות, המוכרת בחנות מול הקבלה (עזרה לנו מאוד), האוכל מאוד טעים וצוות המסעדה מדהים, בעיקר בארוחת בוקר (מכין הביצים, איש נחמד מאוד)

Cons:

הבת שלי לא הורשתה להשתמש במתקני המלון, אכן מצויין בכתב מאוד קטן שמתחת לגיל 16 לא מתאפשרת כניסה לרוב המתקנים. חבל רק שהמחיר אותו הדבר.
