Based on local tax laws, guests with a tourist visa to Israel are exempted from paying VAT for their reservation. Israeli citizens and residents ("non tourists" as defined in the VAT law) must pay VAT. This tax is automatically calculated in the total cost of the reservation for domestic customers. For guests booking from outside of Israel, the tax is not included in the total price.
The full amount of the stay will be charged to the credit card provided during booking 14 days before arrival. In case of late cancellation or no-show, the credit card will be refunded the full amount minus the one-night cancellation fee. Please note that check-in time may be delayed on Saturdays and on Jewish holidays. During this time, rooms will be ready only 2 hours after sunset. Please note that children under 16 years old cannot access the wellness center.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

האוכל היה טעים ומגוון, גם בוקר וגם ערב. נחמד שיש עוד אפשרויות, כמו הבר החלבי ועגלת הבשרים.
הצ'י קונג היה ממש כייף, הטיפולים בספא מצויינים.
האירוח היה לבבי בכל מובן. צוות שירותי ונעים.
היה מאד חם אז לקח לחדר הרבה זמן להתקרר, מניחה שאין הרבה מה לעשות. אולי רק להדליק את המזגן לפני בוא האורחים בימים חמים. ולהשאיר שמיכות דקות יותר להחלפה.

היתה גבוהה מאר יחסית למה שקבלנו. בנוסף היה יום שלמרות המחיר ששילמנו המתנו שעה בחום מחוץ לבריכה בטענה שאין אפשרות להכניס יותר מ-100 איש.
דבר נוסף שהיה מאד לא נוח היא הזמינות של מתו השירות
לא ענו בטלפון עוד כשנסינו לבצע ההזמנה. אחכ במזן השהות לא מהנייד ולא מהחדר וגם כשהגענו ללובי היתה זמן המתנה שבהרבה מקרים ויתרנו כיון והצוות היה עסוק והיה תור שלם שהמתין לפקיד
Botanical garden is good
The lock in door was broken, breakfast very-very "regular", nothing special, staff in milk restaurant (close to reception) very unprofessional
The staff is kind and efficient. The view is fantastic. The bathroom is great. The bar restaurant is pleasant. The spa is fine. The botanical gardens are a real happiness. The birds songs in the morning...
Just a small (but important) remark: At the spa, the floors and stairs are slippery. Appropriate carpets would be most welcomed. An additional remark that does not concern only you: There is no beach anymore in Ein Gedi. All the dates and fruits plantations as well as the vineyard (apparently) have been abandoned. This is a sad sight. There are so many things the Kibbutz could initiate in this magnificent area.
ערב אחד חדר האוכל היה סגור. לא הודיעו לנו שארוחת תחליף תוגש בלובי ונגרם לנו לחץ מיותר עד שהבננו מה קורה.

האוכל!!! רמה נמוכה. לא טעים. נראה גם לא טרי.
נאלצנו למצוא מקומות אחרים באזור לאכול....

קיבלנו ארוחת ערב ללא תשלום כי הגענו בערב אחרי שחיכינו הרבה זמן שיפתחו את הכביש. וזאת היתה מחווה מאד יפה.
בקשנו להשאר קצת מעבר לזמן עד הצקאאוט כי לא הספקנו להיות בספא. בתחילה לא הסכימו אבל אחרי ויכוח הוא נענה לבקשתנו.
בהזמנה ציינתי שזה ליום ההולדת של בעלי, שמאד אוהב את המדבר, ובקשתי חדרים עם נוף וקיבלנו חדרים רגילים. ללא אוירה.

Sadly we were not able to do tpur of garden on 13/6 due to war but we will try to come back.
The room that was reserved did not meet my expe tations but that wassorrected. There could be better signs maekimg of where cabins are located.
