My stay was good and pleasant.
Pros:

I didn't use the breakfast service. There was nothing wrong with the location—it’s good, and arriving and leaving was easy—though I did struggle a bit getting to and from my appointment (of course, the hotel's location isn't to blame for that). I really appreciated the service from the reception staff, especially Dalva (who was very kind and friendly).

Cons:

The TV was broken. I notified the front desk, and they offered to either change my room or fix it the next day. They promised me a discount. I ordered a sandwich (it was very good) and expected the discount to be applied to that purchase, but it wasn't. In any case, the hotel staff replaced the TV the following morning.

Lovely stay, staff very friendly

Our stay at the Trinity city hotel was lovely. Vincent at the front desk was excellent and was eager to help us with our needs. When a hotel staff shows that they care, it goes a long way.

L’emplacement

Cons:

Très bruyant. L’établissement jouxte une caserne de pompiers et il diffuse de la musique très fort ds le patio. Les chambres ne sont pas bien insonorisées non plus. Le personnel du bar est top mais pas à l’accueil. Et il n’y a aucune âme dans cet établissement, ce n’est pas convivial pour les familles avec enfant. Le petit déjeuner n’est pas bon et très réduit. Le café est servi et rationné.

Dublin city visit and concert.
Pros:

Had a lovely experience at the hotel for the time we had spent there. We ate at the restaurant and the food was amazing. Our server Alberto made the whole dining experience fun and joyful.
We cannot wait to return to the hotel on our next visit to the City.
