From the minute we booked our six-day stay at 39-room boutique hotel Maison Favart (recommended by a licensed Paris guide), staff performed at high standards. Would you prefer a room with a better view of the Opera Comique? May we arrange a driver to meet you at Charles De Gaulle? Should we make any dinner reservations?
Excellent service continued to climb to wonderful heights.
Our driver ushered us into the competent hands of Freddy and Macicilia, who kept our luggage while we enjoyed our first of many Parisian feasts. Upon return ta the hotel at check-in time, Macicilla offered us a beverage at a table in the cozy drawing room and reviewed policies and procedures while Freddy took our luggage to the room.
The second floor room with that view of a traditional Paris square did not disappoint!
Along with the attractive 2nd floor room came "simple" things that make a stay work: a modern a room partically glowing with cleanliness, a shower replete with hot water and strong pressure, coffee pods and brewer, refrigerator amenities, plenty of storage for clothing, blackout curtains that really work.
Then steps and one floor away, a 24-7 concierge is ready to help with reservations, directions...everything. A full breakfast was available in the lobby/breakfast/drawing room, but we were too busy visiting boulangeries, patisseries, cafes and markets, including the Sunday Marche biologique Raspail (organic market) to give it a try. We also missed out on the on-site wellness area and spa, "located beneath the hotel's historic stone vaults," which is complimentary for hotel quests.
The lobby/breakfast/drawing room offered afternoon sweets, an honor-system bar, including quality champagne, and complimentary coffee, soft drinks, and still and sparkling water. Staff showed interest in our itenerary, with Freddy suggesting we visit Luxembourg Gardens, a riot of boat-sailing children and flowers and tennis players and zipline aficionados.
Other staff pitched in to make suggestions, serve coffee when we came to the lobby, and occasionally help with restaurant selections. This hotel will provide stamps and mail your postcards for the cost of the stamps, which was added to the room charge.
As a finale, staff ordered us an early morning taxi when our next destination, Mont St. Michel, called.
For its primo location--nestled close to the Metro, near the Palais Garnier, and off but near the heartbeat that is the moving feast of Paris, a travelor is wise to stay at La Maison Favart.
Then you meet the wonderful, professional, friendly, courteous, staff, and know that you are at a home away from home, something priceless, precious..and that you will return again..
We had a wonderful stay. The rooms were nice and breakfast was enjoyable. The front desk staff were all attentive, courteous, professional and very helpful.

Great location and great staff - always love coming back here
Great location. The staff is excellent. Breakfast was great, not too heavy. Staff had all the answers to our needs.
Attentive staff helps Maison Favart feel like home. The room was beautifully decorated and extremely comfortable. Loads of space and with a large bathroom with seperate shower.
I would have liked bigger windows.

Nothing
Just got back from a couple of nights at La Maison Favart and cannot praise it enough, the staff were all so friendly and helpful. The decor is beautiful, the breakfast was really good. Location wise it is perfect, being in the middle of all the main sightseeing spots which enabled us to walk everywhere and not miss anything by sitting in a taxi or using the metro. We will definitely stay there again if we go back to Paris.
Sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet, die Lage ist super, gleich neben der Metro-Station. Man hört den Gesang der Oper nebenan.
A lovely jewel of a hotel, beautifully appointed and within walking distance of so many Paris highlights, shops and restaurants. Staff very welcoming and friendly.

Frábær staðsetning
Mjög hjálplegt starfsfólk
Rólegt og afslappað
Góður morgunverður
Herbergið heldur lítið
Ekki gott aðgengi að heilspegli , sem var staðsettur innan á skápahurð sem ekki hægt að opna að fullu, þar sem rakst á endann á rúminu sökum smæðar herbergisins
The friendly helpful staff were the cherry on top of a great location and wonderfully decorated rooms.
Quiet yet close to metro, cafes, restaurants, Galleries Lafayette , and about 20 minute walk to Louvre etc.
Looking forward to returning in the future.
La Maison is a hidden gem, from the minute you walk in you know you are in a special place....we were arriving early and asked if we could have an early arrival, they had a room ready ! We did not expect this....the rooms are beautiful and have all the amenities.. and in perfect condition.
They bought the building next door and are adding additional rooms in July....But Most important is the staff, Maci and Boris and Anthony will make you think your home. I highly recommend this this hotel
It was the perfect Parisian hotel with all the modern amenities. It was tucked away so at night you heard no noise. Loved the location! I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a great place to stay. It has just been renovated so everything was spotless
La Maison Favart did everything possible to make our stay as wonderful as possible, and they absolutely succeeded. From a warm and welcoming staff upon check-in, to an upgrade to a gorgeous upgrade to a beautiful suite, the hotel was idyllic and perfect! Free cake each evening, an honour bar in the lobby, and absolutely quiet and beautiful rooms. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!
Really the ideal hotel in Paris. Located about a 90 second walk from the Metro in the gorgeous 9th arrondisement, La Maison Favart offers gorgeous, beautifully decorated rooms with the absolute quiet of a side street location. The service and attentiveness is perfection — we were upgraded to one of their gorgeous 2 story suites and could not be happier! Honor bar in the lobby each evening is wonderful as well. Warm towels, great bathrooms, and large bedroom as well in this ideal location!
