Läget perfekt
Känns som dom håller på att renovera bott där tidigare och då var receptions delen jätte mysig nu var den kal och tråkig kändes som de inte var klara med renoveringen men inte sllsnliks mysigt nu ..
Absolutely lovely. Quiet street but so close in walking distance to the attractions. Fantastic customer service. And beautiful accommodations. Highly recommend!
Wonderful stay and hotel! The staff was so friendly and accommodating. Big shout out to Mounir who was attentive and flexible in upgrading the classic room I booked for a suite. Thank you we will be back!
The location is perfect walking distance for the centre / a beautiful atmosphere itself and great friendly service . Only one small thing was it is quite dark in the room and just completely surrounded by the building with no view .
Paris can be very challenging. Navigation, transportation are generally a nightmare. That is true until you need the outstanding assistance from Macicilia and Boris at the La Maison Favart, located in the second arrondissement near the Opera Comique.
We were very stressed when we needed to get across town for an Eiffel Tower tour. No taxis/uber were available because it was morning "rush" hour." With the incredible assistance of Macicilia and Boris, we made it to the metro station. Boris personally escorted us to the Metro station, help purchase our tickets and pointed us in the correct direction.
We have never had a hotel concierge service go to this level of assistance, anywhere! Other transportation arrangements were also made for us during our three night stay.
The best - the restaurant recommendations and reservations made by Marcicila. Au Petit Riche was excellent. This was our second time there. The best was Le Minet Galant.
Bottom line. La Maison Favart is a beautiful, centrally located boutique Paris Hotel. Concierge services are the best. Many thanks to Marcicilia and Boris.
I travel frequently for work and have stayed in countless hotels around the world, but La Maison Favart is one I'll genuinely miss.
The staff are exceptional—warm, welcoming and effortlessly attentive. They create the kind of atmosphere that makes you feel like a valued guest rather than just another booking.
The rooms are elegant, full of character and thoughtfully equipped with everything you need. Every morning started with a fantastic breakfast that quickly became one of my favourite parts of the day.
But the real standout is the location. I honestly don't think there's a better place to stay in Paris. You're within walking distance of so many of the city's iconic sights, incredible restaurants and beautiful neighbourhoods. After spending all day exploring, it was always a pleasure to return to La Maison Favart—it truly felt like coming home.
If you're looking for a boutique hotel that combines charm, impeccable service and the perfect Paris location, look no further.
The hotel is excellent for those who want to walk to most of the popular tourist sites or at worst a short taxi ride . It is a boutique hotel which we love and the pool was a life saver after a day in the 40c heat! . The staff at the front desk are the best and Freddy the conserge was always there and willing to help.
We found the service very friendly and helpful. The air conditioning was so lovely — the quietest we’d ever experienced. The photos online showed a very fresh hotel, which, in our room at least, wasn’t as shown. Furniture and walls were banged up, and the bedside clock radio speaker was out-of-date technology. But we wouldn’t hesitate to stay again.
Beautiful and so quiet
Fantastic experience with my wife at La Maison Favart. Excellent service by staff who were so helpful and nice, secluded-feeling location at the steps of the Comedic Opera, and of course immaculate furnishings in the room. The little steps they take to make your experience special do not go unnoticed. Thank you!
Long trip, short trips, La Maison Favart is my favorite hotel to call home when I’m in Paris. The staff are simply the best, the location is hands down perfect and the rooms are spacious (for Paris). Whether I’m on a solo trip, with my daughters or hosting one of my Reader Tours-there’s no other place I want to be. I even used this hotel as a setting with my Paris themed books!
My wife and I stayed here in June. The hotel was lovely and all the staff we met were very friendly and helpful. We were contacted a few days before our arrival and was offered an upgrade owing to a cancellation. We should have upgraded as we thought our room was very small. That said it certainly didn't take anything away from the two nights we stayed there. Would certainly return.
Lovely spot…great atmosphere…rooms good and very clean. Nose level was good apart from one night but even that was ok. Amenities excellant and the staff extremely helpful.
The position
I thought the room would have been a bit bigger. The pictures seem to exaggerate slightly
Lovely small hotel in the Opera area. Our deluxe room was very quiet and comfortable, and the bathroom was spacious. One note about the rooms with tubs...if you have any mobility or balance issues, you should consider booking a room with a walk-in shower as the tub has a very high side that you need to step over, and the tub is a bit slippery (I overheard several people at breakfast commenting that they wished they booked a shower room). Our room was very quiet and we had a view of the Opera Comique, just beautiful! We liked the location of the hotel, very close to a metro and bus stop, walking distance to museums and shopping, lots of Asian restaurants nearby, delicious Mexican restaurant a few doors down. Breakfast in the lobby area had a nice small selection of cold items (no hot items). We would like to personally recognize our concierge, Freddy, for securing a hard to get booking for us. Overall a wonderful 6 night stay in Paris!
A lovely stay, staff were helpful. Facilities were excellent.
Clean and very well positioned hotel, in the opera district. So easy for Metro, local restaurants and bars.
From the minute we booked our six-day stay at 39-room boutique hotel Maison Favart (recommended by a licensed Paris guide), staff performed at high standards. Would you prefer a room with a better view of the Opera Comique? May we arrange a driver to meet you at Charles De Gaulle? Should we make any dinner reservations?
Excellent service continued to climb to wonderful heights.
Our driver ushered us into the competent hands of Freddy and Macicilia, who kept our luggage while we enjoyed our first of many Parisian feasts. Upon return ta the hotel at check-in time, Macicilla offered us a beverage at a table in the cozy drawing room and reviewed policies and procedures while Freddy took our luggage to the room.
The second floor room with that view of a traditional Paris square did not disappoint!
Along with the attractive 2nd floor room came "simple" things that make a stay work: a modern a room partically glowing with cleanliness, a shower replete with hot water and strong pressure, coffee pods and brewer, refrigerator amenities, plenty of storage for clothing, blackout curtains that really work.
Then steps and one floor away, a 24-7 concierge is ready to help with reservations, directions...everything. A full breakfast was available in the lobby/breakfast/drawing room, but we were too busy visiting boulangeries, patisseries, cafes and markets, including the Sunday Marche biologique Raspail (organic market) to give it a try. We also missed out on the on-site wellness area and spa, "located beneath the hotel's historic stone vaults," which is complimentary for hotel quests.
The lobby/breakfast/drawing room offered afternoon sweets, an honor-system bar, including quality champagne, and complimentary coffee, soft drinks, and still and sparkling water. Staff showed interest in our itenerary, with Freddy suggesting we visit Luxembourg Gardens, a riot of boat-sailing children and flowers and tennis players and zipline aficionados.
Other staff pitched in to make suggestions, serve coffee when we came to the lobby, and occasionally help with restaurant selections. This hotel will provide stamps and mail your postcards for the cost of the stamps, which was added to the room charge.
As a finale, staff ordered us an early morning taxi when our next destination, Mont St. Michel, called.
For its primo location--nestled close to the Metro, near the Palais Garnier, and off but near the heartbeat that is the moving feast of Paris, a travelor is wise to stay at La Maison Favart.
Then you meet the wonderful, professional, friendly, courteous, staff, and know that you are at a home away from home, something priceless, precious..and that you will return again..
