La Maison Favart did everything possible to make our stay as wonderful as possible, and they absolutely succeeded. From a warm and welcoming staff upon check-in, to an upgrade to a gorgeous upgrade to a beautiful suite, the hotel was idyllic and perfect! Free cake each evening, an honour bar in the lobby, and absolutely quiet and beautiful rooms. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!
Really the ideal hotel in Paris. Located about a 90 second walk from the Metro in the gorgeous 9th arrondisement, La Maison Favart offers gorgeous, beautifully decorated rooms with the absolute quiet of a side street location. The service and attentiveness is perfection — we were upgraded to one of their gorgeous 2 story suites and could not be happier! Honor bar in the lobby each evening is wonderful as well. Warm towels, great bathrooms, and large bedroom as well in this ideal location!
Lovely hotel on a quiet street, at least while we were visiting. Breakfast was perfect and the evening cake was a treat.
We loved our stay here. Friendly staff, clean and comfy rooms, and great location. Would stay here again!
My sister and I stayed at La Maison Favart March 21-28, 2026. Loved the decor of the public areas as well as the unique bedrooms, and the view of the Lyric Opera from our window was spectacular. Toiletries are by Histoires de Parfum 1969, a fancy brand! The hotel has the Richelieu-Drouot metro station at the end of rue de Marivaux (exit the front door and walk to your left, to the main street). As well, there is a Merci Jerome for breakfast/lunch choices, and a Nicolas wine store to pick up a bottle or two.
The staff were unbelievably polite, knowledgeable, and helpful. Freddy helped us plan a spur of the moment day trip to Reims by TGV, and even made restaurant suggestions for Reims. The basement wellness area has a sauna, a pool, and a waterbed massage table which you operate by remote. After walking 10-16 thousand steps per day, this massage feature was much appreciated.
Every morning we were greeted with a joyful Bonjour! And at the end of the day, we would come home to afternoon tea, served daily between 3-5 pm, with an assortment of tea, coffee, water (plain or lemon), and a different loaf cake (orange, almond, lemon, carrot). We had daily bottles of water in our room which we took on the go, and the housekeeper would bring small individually-wrapped treats as a bedtime snack (madeleine, cookies, etc).
We only used the honour bar once, when we realized we had not yet drunk champagne in Paris. We had a glass of Domaine-Bauchet at 10 euros, which was reasonable; there was a wide selection of spirits, beer, and wine available.
I am so glad we chose La Maison Favart as it was a quick walk to Palais Garnier (tip: take an evening tour as there are fewer tourists then), the Fragonard perfume museum and shop, and my favourite purse store, Lancel. You are about 20 minutes walk from Forum Les Halles if you want to check out the famous Pharmacie Les Halles for your French beauty products. There is a Monoprix grocery store within 15 minutes of the hotel, and we easily walked to Saint-Eustache church for the Luminescence light show (highly recommended!). In terms of restaurants, you have several just two minutes' walk near the Metro, and the hotel desk staff are able to direct you to nearby eating spots, depending on what you want to try. The big stores, Galeries Lafayette and Printemps Haussmann are a ten minute walk away from the hotel.
Location is fabulous, yet quiet, bc it is on a side street. Some evenings locals would gather in the front yard of the Lyric Opera which made it a bit lively if you went to bed early with the window open. With the windows closed, I did not hear much noise. I also did not hear neighbours in the hallway.
We arranged a pickup and delivery to CDG with their driver, Stephane, who was jovial and bilingual, and very prompt. In short, this was a fantastic experience in a magical city, and I hope to return again soon. 10/10, perfect boutique hotel.
Otelin personelleri çok yardımseverdi, her konuda yardımcı oldular. Hepsine teşekkür ederiz.

Very happy with the hotel, the food and the staff were excellent
We had a great time staying here with our kids. Freddy, the concierge, was super helpful and the location was perfect! We would stay here again.
Such a lovely hotel with a great atmosphere and inviting staff
Wonderful small hotel in a great location. Daily breakfast was good, staff was friendly and attentive, and the rooms were clean and nice. Would stay here again!
Great location, really well-maintained, super friendly staff, accommodating. It was a really nice feel about the hotel and you definitely get the Parisian feel about it in the room. The breakfast and evening refreshments are great complete with Honesty Bar. Just a relaxed and really nice experience. I went for business and will book there again the next time I am in town.
The ambiance of an embracing old world atmosphere in a well-appointed setting and in a good location.
A lovely boutique hotel in a good quiet location that does not need taxis to get everywhere. Staff were pleasant and the rooms clean and welcoming
What makes this beautiful boutique hotel truly exceptional is not only its excellent location, but above all its outstanding team. Every member of staff we encountered was cheerful, courteous, and genuinely helpful throughout our stay.
We stayed for four nights in a Deluxe Double Room with a balcony overlooking the Opéra-Comique. The room was absolutely stunning and thoughtfully equipped with everything we could possibly need.
Breakfast each morning was varied, plentiful, and served efficiently, always with a warm smile.
On one particularly rainy day in Paris, a member of the front-of-house team kindly followed me out of the hotel with an umbrella, having noticed that I did not have one with me. It is this kind of personal and attentive service that makes such a lasting impression and is exactly why we would gladly return in the future.
Thank you to the entire team for making our stay so memorable.
The hotel was so cute and friendly. The room was very simplistic and lovely. It was close to everywhere we wanted to walk to- good restaurants, shopping, museums, etc. It was definitely worth the extra price compared to “budget” hotels. Would recommend and stay again.
