Excellent établissement
Pros:

Personnel très accueillant, établissement très bien tenu. La chambre et les équipements étaient très propres. Le petit déjeuner est copieux et la salle à manger est spacieuse. L'hôtel est situé près de la station de métro Oxford Circus. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié la situation géographique de l'hôtel. Depuis l'aéroport Heathrow, nous avons pris le train Heathrow Express jusqu'à la gare Paddington (15 minutes), puis le métro de la ligne Bakerloo jusqu'à Oxford Circus (5 stations, 10 minutes) et enfin 5 minutes de marche sur Great Portland Street pour se rendre à l'hôtel.

For a conveniently located hotel, it also provided the necessary amenities for a comfortable stay.
Pros:

I was impressed by the good value for money this hotel was given the central London location. The room was clean, tidy and comfortable. The hotel had good wifi & a decent supply of tea, coffee and bathroom essentials for those traveling light. The staff were friendly and attentive + available 24/7 for check-in. It felt safe and was also quiet.

Excellent hotel but unfortunately beds were too hard.
Pros:

Great location and lovely staff great valve for a 4* hotel!!

Cons:

Bed was too hard it was like sleeping on a plank of wood this is the only downfall foe such a great hotel.

Pros:

Beliggenhet, service, rom og senger. Vi hadde problemer med at vasken ble tett på badet, og det endte opp med at vi måtte bytte rom. Da fikk vi et større rom, gratis frokost neste morgen og en fruktkurv levert opp på rommet. Utrolig god service på dette hotellet.

Cons:

Problemer med vasken på badet. Vannet rant ikke ned, det ble tett i løpet av oppholdet.

Pros:

Inizio con il dire che la zona in cui si trova l’hotel è fantastica! A 10 minuti a piedi si raggiunge Oxford circus ed è vicina a tante linee metro. Molti localini intorno, zona tranquilla. Eravamo tre ragazze e ci siamo sentite super serene. La struttura in sé è ben tenuta, anche se non nuovissima ma comunque pulita ed accogliente. Il personale davvero molto gentile: ci hanno tenuto i bagagli e, sia al check in che al check out, ci hanno fatto sistemare e cambiare nei bagni e rimanere tranquillamente nella hall. Ci tornerei

Magari uno svecchiamento potrebbe accrescere ancor di più il valore di questa struttura che rimane comunque un bellissimo hotel

Pros:

For the price of the room it had everything I expected. With a 10min walk to the underground station all of London was very accessible.

Cons:

You could not regulate the temperature well in the room.
