De burde ha flere sorter kaffe til frokostserveringen enn vanlig svart på et hotell med fire stjerner. Ekkel heis.
Hotel was about a 10 minute walk to Oxford Street, the bus stop was also close which took us to Picadilly and Westminster which was ideal, restaurants and bars were also close by and the room and bathroom were perfect for us to use as a base.
Could do with modernisation as it has alot of dark wood in the rooms and lobby and the sofas in the bar area could do with updating.
Beautiful property and great location, excellent staff and facilities. Lots of shops, cafes, restaurants and a pub across the road. The street is quiet and area was lovely. Would absolutely stay again.

The location is fantastic with restaurants and bars close by. Stayed here 4 times and staff always been helpful and efficient. Great base for a stay in London.
I thought there was ironing facilities in the room but there wasn’t - think this could be an added facility which would be welcomed by guests. Bar prices are quite high too.
The room was a single but comfortable and air conditioned. It had what I needed for a flying visit to London

Nice and clean, very friendly staff, room with view of the street and AC in room which was needed for the heat wave. Can recommend to anyone travelling solo
It was fine for where we needed to be and could walk to and from our show
its probably viewed as a place to stay if you visited friends/family in the area but amenities/coffee shops seemedin short supply but that could just be that we dont have local knowledge
