This hotel was 2.5 star at most, and most certainly not the 4 star as advertised!
Pros:

The location of the hotel was why I had booked it - close to my client for the next day.

Cons:

Hmmm… where do I start. Unfortunately, the experience wasn’t great from the outset. The staff felt quite perfunctory and not especially welcoming, which didn’t make for the best first impression.
I had booked a single room, but it was honestly the smallest hotel room I’ve ever stayed in. The main issue for me was that I was travelling for work and needed to spend several hours designing training materials on my laptop, not just checking a few emails. Although there was a small desk and chair, there simply wasn’t enough space to actually sit at it properly. I’m fairly petite and even I couldn’t fit comfortably between the desk and the bed.
As a result, I had to sit on the edge of the bed leaning over my laptop for hours, which left me with a sore back. For anyone travelling for business, the room really wasn’t fit for purpose.
The bathroom drains also had a very unpleasant smell throughout my stay, and some of the bathroom fittings, particularly the shower tray and magnifying mirror were mounted unusually high and awkward to use.
On the positive side, the heating worked well, I could open the window, and the air conditioning was effective.

Perfect central London bolthole
Pros:

Great location, clean room, comfortable bed, nice size bathroom, pleasant staff. Room was small but perfectly adequate. Despite central location nice and quiet. Very nice restaurants and breakfast places in the vicinity.

I would stay there again because of its location and the staff.
Pros:

The staff are very polite and helpful.
The hotel’s location is excellent.
The beds are very comfortable.

Cons:

The rooms are very small.
Speaking for the triple room, there are no power outlets next to the beds. The outlets are located near the mirror.
The room was very cold. We had to turn on the radiator they had placed inside the closet.
