Staff and location was ok. 2 seperate room set with small balcony. Hair dryer and electric kettle provided and a closet. A fridge is also there with air-conditioning in room. Hot/cold filtered water available in restaurant round the clock. Bus stop outside hotel and 1.3 km walk to Damascus gate/old city.
Very tired and depressing rooms with old and broken furniture and torn sofas, defective chair, very small bed with very small blanket, broken hangers, bath tub and jacuzi not working , urine pot not working, one odd English channel in TV which was defective for 3 days before it was repaired, safe deposit box defective and not repaired or replaced despite repeated complaints. Frugal breakfast with boiled eggs bread butter jam and 4 types of hummus and tea/coffee to be had in plastic plates and paper cups. No facilities in the hotel.
Location and staff
Fairly clean but old and unkept room as far as maintenance
Einfach alles.
Nichts.
Very polite staff, traditional tasty breakfast, classy design of the lobby with piano and traditional chandelier
The rooms furniture could have been more modern, but the price was 3 times higher
I think this is one of the best hotels you can stay at in Jerusalem for the price and location — just a 10–15 minute walk to the Western Wall.
The room was massive, almost like an aparthotel, with a living room, separate bedroom, large bathroom, and a balcony with a nice view. There was no kitchen, but that’s normal for a hotel. Breakfast was included and very good — toast, coffee, eggs, salads, and more. Considering how expensive Jerusalem can be, having a solid breakfast included is a big plus.
My family and I really enjoyed starting each day with a hot breakfast before long walks around the city. We would definitely stay here again if we return.

It would be great if they paid a bit more attention to cleanliness, but I understand the rooms are spacious. Still, there are so many positive things that a little dust isn’t a big issue.

Location
No Parking. Worst breakfast ever (very poor). Unfriendly staff.
Perfect reception

Mali sme veľké apartmánové izby. Dali nám ich vedľa seba, presne ako sme žiadali. Dobre sme sa vyspali, lebo izby boli dobre orientované, tiché. Všade sú koberce, udržiavané. Zvlášť oceňujeme prívetivý a pohostinný prístup personálu v hoteli.
Raňajky boli úplne základné, bez čerstvej zeleniny a ovocia.
The location is excellent, with easy access to everything. The room is spacious and comfortable, perfect for those traveling with children. The water gets really hot, and the bathtub is great for relaxing.
The hotel clearly shows its age — the facilities are outdated, and the cleanliness was disappointing, with mold in the bathroom and a cigarette smell in the room. The TV didn’t work properly either. Breakfast was the weakest point, offering very few options and often running out of food with no replacement.
