It had a roof, 4 walls, a door and a bathroom with hot water

Cons:

It was dirty, stained towels, sheets and blanket which was very small also. There was mold everywhere and there was no hot drinks for guests.

Excellent service, help with getting ideas for food/supplies, and transportation. Overall super!
Pros:

Breakfast was served on time (schedule was important during this visit) with good food, which was replenished when it was running slow. Centrally located which allowed easy access to different sides of the city.

Cons:

Shelters are not in all rooms (but had a GREAT balcony).
