Great location and a comfortable and clean apartment.
Pros:

Great location across from the Convention Centre.

Cons:

The position of the room, facing the busy street below was quite noisy. It worked for me as I was travelling for business and up early, but it's not somewhere I would want to stay on a holiday.

Convenient location
Pros:

Free parking. Close to everything.

Cons:

It was quite a bit more Exey compared to last year. My room was also much smaller than last year. No table and chair inside the room.

amazing stay
Pros:

the location was perfect right above my favourite yo-chi shop. and close to the beach. the apartment was spacious and it was clean except the cockroach issue. everything else was perfect

there were many mini cockroaches i think they were coming from the drain in the toilet

Location, location, location!
Pros:

The hot water, the comfy bed, the amazing location, the friendly staff, the size of the room.

Cons:

Took quite a while to access Netflix, it seemed like the internet or the TV system just worked in incredibly slow motion. However, once logged in there was no issue. Given the positives of this property, this negative should be irrelevant. We will be back because the room was exceptional for so many reasons.

Really liked it here and would consider coming back to stay
Pros:

Very clean, quiet & roomy. The bed was very comfortable, enough towels.
