Good location but noisy.
Pros:

The staff were friendly and very accommodating with my late check-in. The location was excellent, close to the beach and the G:link stop.

Cons:

Unfortunately, it was very noisy from the street below. Although the music stopped around 10:30 pm each night, the noise was enough that I wouldn't choose to stay here again.

Midweek winter break was perfect here with access to all activities rain or sunshine!

Pros:

Location and nearby transport.
Access to restaurants and supermarket.
Easy walk to Pacific Fair and transport to any location was easy.
Could not fault service of staff whether on phone, email or in person.

Cons:

Bathroom was quite small for four people.
Drain in shower was loaded and needs cleaning out properly.
Rubbish bin in bathroom all brittle and broken.

Well located apartment with reasonable facilities that can be more thoughtfully managed.
Pros:

Good location, good pool.

Cons:

Simple considerations missing such as no paper towels, tissues, scissors, potato masher for eg ( self-contained apartment) cooking oil, salt and pepper (had a few sachets), dish washing liquid, 2 toilet rolls for 4 people for a week's stay. Skimping unnecessarily on basics. Called a "starter pack" apparently..

Everything you need at your door step
Pros:

Spacious apartment, fast reliable wifi + streaming services worked well. Great location, walking distance to plenty of restaurants, shopping centre, beach & tram line. Friendly staff and secure underground parking.

Cons:

We were having drainage issues in our bathroom (blocked pipes) but the staff were so quick to respond & action the issue + gave us access to another spare apartment to use that bathroom. Issue was handled 10/10

My room was filthy. I booked the property based on the photos and description online, but the room I was given was completely different from what was advertised. It was dirty, poorly maintained, and not of an acceptable standard for 4 star hotel. Unfortunately, the condition of the room had a significant impact on my stay and did not reflect what I paid for or expected.
