A great place to have a family group of all ages
Pros:

Have stayed at this place directly before and this was the first time booking through Broadbeach Holiday apartments. The location is the best,. We booked 3 apartments for our family of 11 and it worked out perfectly.

The location was OK, close to the restaurants and 5 min walk to the beach.

Cons:

Service. My husband and i stayed for two nights, the staff saw us leave for the day and didn't bother to clean our room. Could've at least take rubbish and offer an extra towel. No wonder the hotel is infested with cockroaches, we killed at least four...

Great location, great for families and clean.
Pros:

The location is fantastic. We had everything we needed as a family, it was spacious and we had a great spot for parking under the building which was very convenient. The kitchen also had everything we needed to make breakfast etc. Also the team managing the properties are a phone call away, always very helpful and kind, great customer service.

Cons:

There’s not a lot to say, if the property had a bar near the pool area that would have been convenient, that being said you can work around that and get what you need from the shops downstairs which are very close. The property is a little on the older side but when you experience the location, amenities and the vibe of the street it’s on, that really doesn’t make a huge different for us, we will definitely be back. Also the price is great for where it is and what you get.

Enjoyed the short break, the central area of the apartments worked well not having to travel too far
Pros:

The location was good short distance to beach, casino. The room was clean and sufficient for a short stay. The pool and area was good, would have been better with a bar and beach towels.
