Really enjoyable
Pros:

Centre of Broadbeach so I was in the middle of restaurants and so close to the beach and convention centre. Didn’t need my car once. The gym is great plus has an outdoor and inside pool and sauna.

It was a really relaxing and delightful stay
Pros:

Location, spaclousness of apartment, facilities, staff at Broadbeach Holiday Apartments who were friendly and super- helpful. Comfy beds, view, quietness of the apartment when inside, great kitchen, bathroom and laundry facilities within our apartment. Beautifully clean. Awesome pools! Lovely garden atmosphere in the pool area.

Gold Coast holiday
Pros:

We were given a complimentary upgrade to an apartment from a hotel room. The resort is situated right in the centre of the restaurant district and close to the light rail station

Cons:

Unfortunately the apartment view was over a back alley which was ugly and very noisy. The recliner sofa was dated and the separate recliner chair had been broken and repaired with cable ties so was no longer operational. The shower rose was very blocked and so this made bathing tricky.( could also do with a fan installation instead of leaving the windows open to try to restrict mould)

I will definitely be staying here again.
Pros:

Spacious, clean as a whistle, well appointed and great location surrounded with eateries and a 5 min walk to the beach.
I was very happy with the apartment.

Great resort facilities (with an OK room).
Pros:

We needed help to find the key drop, & get in: the person on call was prompt with their replies. The facilities (pools, spa, sauna) were very good, & clean. Located in the centre of Broadbeach: close to every thing, & the tram.

Cons:

The room is managed by another company not the resort complex it is situated in: was a bit time consuming to get into the room. The actual resort staff were obviously tired of being asked questions about the room, which they don't manage. Wouldn't rate the room as 4 star, but it was OK. Just the bare essentials were provided. Would ask for one of the upper floors so you don't hear the traffic & street noise at night.

The resort was quite nice. The apartment was quite roomy. The bed was a king size and comfortable

Cons:

The cleaning products and the kitchen utensils were extremely light on. There was the very bare minimum in both. No bowls to make a salad no large plates to make a platter. No water jug. There were dishwasher tablets but no day sh washer. There was no dining area or furniture. Only seats for 2 people at a small kitchen bench. No vacuum cleaner no suitable floor mopping equipment

Pros:

The entire apartment complex was spotless. The room was huge for the price, including a full kitchen stocked with plenty of cooking equipment.

It was in a fantastic location, right next to the tram station, and the staff were very friendly and helpful.
