Pros:

Great location. Good pool and gym facilities

Beds were very uncomfortable. Overall the apartment was very dated and needed a refresh

Location, staff were nice

Cons:

very bad cockroach infestation. We saw at-least 10 during our stay, crawling throughout the floor and walls. The type of cockroaches that weren’t scared of humans. When we came back from our day out they were crawling across our toothbrushes….

Staff said there wasn’t much they could do because they were fully booked, but did come by to clean the room after we complained. Unfortunately that brought out more cockroaches and one even crawled into our luggage. Would not recommend staying here unless you want to transport cockroaches to your home.

Average, abit disappointing to be honest

The building grounds were old and abit outdated, our internet wi fo didn’t work for the whole time we stayed , so that was very disappointing, and as in for kitchen supplies/ toilet paper not much at low , for the price we paid very young aspect a lot more

Good location but booked room was not liveable . Alternative room was ok but only single room.
Pros:

Change of rooms but downgrade from booking

Cons:

Sewerage smell in rooms not liveable. Should be given compensation for downgrade of room

Pros:

Awesome self contained apartment. Free car parking. Excellent location. Absolutely loved all the swimming pools including heated indoor. Would love to book again!

Cons:

Sofa was very uncomfortable. Clothes rack was broken. But only minor dislikes.

Really enjoyable
Pros:

Centre of Broadbeach so I was in the middle of restaurants and so close to the beach and convention centre. Didn’t need my car once. The gym is great plus has an outdoor and inside pool and sauna.
