Great staff, great location, just great!
Pros:

Staff on check-in were fabulous, assisting when I needed to park my car before the apartment was ready. The building is beautiful and the apartment was in great condition. 10/10 across the board!

Cons:

Nothing! Everything was amazing, from the staff, to the apartment itself.

Location is spot on, all apartments are different so hard to rate on a whole. Well maintained.
Pros:

Location is spot on! In the middle of loads of restaurants and close to Pacific Fair Shopping Centre. 2 Bedroom Apartment 1402 has lovely balconies facing botht he pool with morning sun and also around the back of the property with afternoon sun and lovely sunsets. Close to the beach for lovely walks.

Cons:

Noisy on a Friday night with people leaving nighclubs and screaming in the street and also highway noise. A bif of 'beef' between the booking agent and the security on site when our room door would not open late at night. 2 Bedroom apartment to accomodate 4 people but only 3 places to sit in the lounge and one VERY small bathroom. No sunrise view.

Overall good value based on amenities, comfort and location
Pros:

Great location, walking distance to Pacific Fair, Casino, beach and Surfers Patadise and tram right out front for trravelling further distances

Cons:

Rooom could do with a general cosmetic idy up and deep clean in particular the bathroom, toilet didnt flush well, no extractor fan and paint flaking on ceiling.

Everything around the resort was very central and easy to get to without using your car🚗

Cons:

Nothing that we didn't like about the resort. Pacific Fair shopping centre can be confusing to get around 🤣

Fantastic location, comfortable and clean
Pros:

Fantastic location tucked between a great strip of restaurants. Spacious living area, kitchen and amenities like washer and dryer. Comfortable beds. Very clean and tidy. Two of the pools are heated. Close walk to oasis shops, cafes, Woolies, and most importantly the beach. The ladies at the office were so helpful and lovely as we were getting the keys (there is a seperate little office that you collect and drop off)

Cons:

There wasn’t much, the road can get a bit noisy at the peak of the weekend but soon settles down.

Perfect location, restaurants beach ans shopping close. A little sad that it rained a lot while we were there

Great location. Room had everything we needed. Large bed, balcony, wifi.

Cons:

Have to check in at one building and then walk 5 doors down into another building to get to your room. Instructions a little confusing at first.

Lovely staff and great apartment.
Pros:

Lovely front desk staff who were kind, welcoming and explained how to get to our apartment very clearly and easily :) Check in was very efficient and quick, and our apartment was ready well in advance before our arrival which was awesome. Very clean apartment and surrounding facilities, plenty of restaurant and cafe options within walking distance. I like how there was a side entrance specifically for the tower we were staying in. Apartment was clean with lovely decor and very comfortable beds. Loved how woolies was basically across the road in case we needed to get extra supplies etc. Very convenient for walking to the convention centre for attending Supanova Comic Con. Apartment had all the supplies you needed and was perfect for what we needed for our stay.

Cons:

The car park was a bit confusing with no assigned spots except for which tower you were in- my friends and I also found it difficult to find a free space when we came back from an event one evening- lots of no parking spots made available spots very limited and signs were lacking. Not a huge problem in the grand scheme of things just made it difficult for my friend who needed to park her car.
