Gorgeous hotel in the center of town.
Pros:

The property is beautifully decorated and everything is remarkably clean. The suite was extremely comfortable. Breakfast was delicious and varied. I highly recommend this place when you are in Bolzano.

cordialità, cortesia e disponibilità dello staff. La palestra seppur piccola è utilissima. La sauna degna di una SPA a pagamento. Pulizia dei locali ottima.
Upgrade della stanza gratuito deciso dall'hotel.

Cons:

la colazione può essere migliorata perchè il cappuccino è arrivato sempre a colazione finita, la frutta per 4 mattine ho dovuto far notare io che era finita (c'erano le ciotoline vuote).

La posizione, proprio al centro della città, con i vari punti di interesse raggiungibili a piedi in pochi minuti. La cortesia del personale. Il confort della bathroom.

Cons:

La stanza era al primo piano, affacciata su piazza Walther, con i passanti che potevano vedere tutto in camera se le tende non fossero completamente chiuse, escludendo così proprio la vista sul Duomo, sull'albero di Natale e sui gazebo per il mercatino così suggestivi. Un prezzo più basso sarebbe stato il giusto compromesso.
