Perfetto
Pros:

Tutto perfetto, come sempre! Staff gentilissimo, posizione centrale, camera ampia e pulita e, per finire, colazione ottima. E' la mia certezza ogni volta che devo recarmi a Bolzano.

Pros:

The location was good, near to the train station and various food options. Breakfast was great, loved the options provided, as well as a menu for the chef to cook something for you. The room was well decorated and was very clean. Love the hotel slippers, so posh and comfortable (yes it's relatively thick compared to other hotels). And the room was huge!

Cons:

The stairs. It's a horror because I have to carry 2 luggages - 1 for myself and 1 for my wife. You need to carry it up the stairs to use the lift. They even have stairs inside the room, right after the entrance of the toilet, for you to reach the main area of the room where you have space to layout your luggage.

Also, charging ports. They lack power outlets at the bedside table. So you can only charge at the pantry area, which is quite a distance from the bed since their room is quite big.

Ideale Unterkunft in Bozen, zentral und traumhaft (gerne wieder)
Pros:

Zentrale Lage.
Schöne Zimmer.
Bestes Frühstück, frische reife Früchte, lokale Produkte und die fabelhaften Apfelstrudel und Heidelbeercheesecake.
Personal überall sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.
Die Bar einfach wunderschön (danke für die tollen Cocktails).

Lage ist perfekt

Cons:

1. Kompliziert, die Tiefgarage zu finden
2. Hat keine Dusche, nur eine Badewanne. Das geht heutzutage nicht mehr
3. Keine Steckdose beim Bett
4. Komplizierte Lichtanlage

Völlig überraschend war die Ausstattung; die perfekte Lage war vorher schon bekannt

Für das Zimmer allein hätte ich einen Tag länger bleiben sollen.

Alojamiento en Hotel Greif Bolzano
Pros:

Habitación muy amplia, muy cómoda, el que hubiera un hervidor en la habitación. Destaco también la ubicación del hotel, en plena plaza principal, así como cercanía a estación de trenes de Bolzano.

Todo estuvo muy bien.

Gorgeous hotel in the center of town.
Pros:

The property is beautifully decorated and everything is remarkably clean. The suite was extremely comfortable. Breakfast was delicious and varied. I highly recommend this place when you are in Bolzano.

Pros:

cordialità, cortesia e disponibilità dello staff. La palestra seppur piccola è utilissima. La sauna degna di una SPA a pagamento. Pulizia dei locali ottima.
Upgrade della stanza gratuito deciso dall'hotel.

Cons:

la colazione può essere migliorata perchè il cappuccino è arrivato sempre a colazione finita, la frutta per 4 mattine ho dovuto far notare io che era finita (c'erano le ciotoline vuote).
