Pros:

Easy access to boat and location to family. Second time we have stayed. Clean with good air condition

Cons:

No informed till the day before arrival that the restaurant and hotel was undergoing refresh. Not really anywhere to seat comfortably. Breakfast on top floor available. Would have been nice to be informed before. We did not get a room with sofa area this time.

Easy to check in and check out

Cons:

Depending on the level and which way your room is facing will depend on the noise level. We stayed in level 5 and unfortunately facing towards the roads, very noisy at night when trying to get some sleep. Airconditioning was also noisy but can be hot if turned off so having both noises going are definitely off putting if you are expecting a peaceful quiet night in.
