Pros:

Breakfast service was severely under staffed and the quality of the meal has deteriorated.

Cons:

I’ve stayed here numerous times and typically receive some type of loyalty bonus, normally a room upgrade or drinks cards. Nothing was offered on this occasion. Small things were missing - no teabags in the room etc. Rethinking the Prince as my work hotel of choice.

Loved the location, room clean and spacious
Pros:

Location, near the beach, walk to fine dining restaurants, rooms fresh and clean.

Cons:

Noisy at night due to location.. But to be expected due to live environment in surrounding premises.. Just wore ear plugs and it was fine.

It was a comfortable stay, but for the price I felt things could have been tidy up
Pros:

The bed was super comfortable and linen all nice. Good quality hand soap /body wash. However, for the price I expected the place to be absolutely ship shape. The carpet was of average quality and not super clean walls covered in scuff marks. Replace felt a bit tired and in need of a good spring clean.

Lovely room but had to do some work-arounds
Pros:

Nice, spacious room. Good balcony. Good partnership with Spa / Swimming Pool over the road

Cons:

Broken blinds in room. Kettle power awkward. Very expensive mini-bar. Basic breakfast - though the eggs were poached perfectly!

Pros:

Location was great, as we attended Beerfest. Super convenient and brekky and Coffee!! Were included in our deal

Cons:

Carpark access to the hotel was not very well signed making it confusing to get where we needed

Nice room and bathroom
Nice products in the bathroom to use
Funky jazz music playing on the room speaker when I arrived
Customer service when I ordered room service was good - friendly team

Cons:

Hooks for robes and towels outside the cupboard would have made this room better
Drawers for clothes and things would also make it better
