This reservation was cancelled by Hilton Rewards in Jan 26. But hotel did not honor that cancellation and refuses to refund the $178.08 they charged me for one night. They are very uncooperative and their manager, Erika Duque, should be ashamed at her lack of compassion. My cancellation was due to the fact I had to have surgery at that time. Never never trust this location.
Friendly staff. The woman in charge of breakfast was a ray of sunshine. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

There wasn’t any hot water during my stay. Shouldn’t have to pay for parking.
The manager Randy was completely rude.

Paid for the room with all fees included then charged for 4 different taxes.
We had to pay for handicap parking which at other Hiltons we did not.
We were charged for breakfast when we paid for the upgrade and after writing on the receipt the meal was included and that I had tipped in cash it still came up wrong on the receipt that they text me.
After having to bring it to their attention the breakfast charge was removed.
Facility is clean, staff is vry kind and location is pretty good.

Overall, our stay was extremely pleasant, with clean rooms and excellent customer service. Jessica in the restaurant truly went above and beyond each morning to make sure my grandmother and I felt comfortable and welcome. She was incredibly sweet and had such a great sense of humor. By the second day, she already knew our breakfast orders, which made us feel so well cared for. I highly recommend this hotel—especially if you have the pleasure of being served by Jessica.
Perfect location with much lower prices than the preposterously priced hotels in Charleston.
