No hot water and lack of communication from management.I will not be staying at this hotel again.

Comfortable bed.
Breakfast with good options.

Cons:

Paid for the room with all fees included then charged for 4 different taxes.
We had to pay for handicap parking which at other Hiltons we did not.
We were charged for breakfast when we paid for the upgrade and after writing on the receipt the meal was included and that I had tipped in cash it still came up wrong on the receipt that they text me.
After having to bring it to their attention the breakfast charge was removed.

Lisa helped us with a reservation for 4 people. I explained our needs & she met those plus more… she explained everything thoroughly, & clearly. We look forward to the stay

Beautiful property. Great location

Cons:

We were unaware of having to pay to park. We also weren't aware that breakfast was not included . The toilet in the room was way to low.

Feeling right at home!
Pros:

The front desk was amazing. JuWan welcomed us warmly and helped us with eatery recommendations. He also helped us to print in the business area and made us feel right at home. This was our first trip to the area! We highly recommend staying here.

Pros:

Booked two connecting rooms two weeks prior to arrival. “Guaranteed connecting”. Traveling with children. Rooms assigned night before arrival on Hilton app. At check-in, nothing is said but put in two different rooms. Front desk proceeded to tell me there are no guarantees. Assistant manager actually said he does not like that Hilton makes that statement! Sold my assigned rooms to another customer. Claimed it was technical error on app? Recognized rooms had been assigned but changed them.

All to say Hilton’s use of “guaranteed” is not so much fact but fiction. Local property makes decisions based on dollars and not on what Hilton brand advertises.

Pros:

The main areas and the room were very clean and smelled fantastic. The staff was very friendly. When I return to this area, I will certainly stay here again.
