Hermosas instalaciones pésimo staff, para el tipo de hotel deb mejorar su atenció al cliente

El hotel esta muy bonito, instalaciones muy bien conservadas.
las habitaciones limpias y los colchones super comodos

Cons:

Tristemente el personal malo, mala actitud.
La recepcionista también muy sosa, sin actitud de servicio.
No se diga los meseros del restaurante, mal servicio, les pedí un café y me dijeron están en el buffet usted puede levantarse y tomarlo.

el restaurante es bueno y la atencion de los meseros tambien

Cons:

muy poco personal en el desayuno para hacer huevos al gusto y las quesadillas, falta mas variedad y esta todo muy encerrado demasiada gente, no había fruta nada
un calor enorme y hasta la terraza llena
la verdad es lo único que esta mal del hotel
