Pros:

Super Lage! Nur zwei S-Bahn-Stationen vom Hauptbahnhof entfernt. Sehr praktisch: Dank Zugang ohne klassische Zimmerkarte war jeder aus der Gruppe unabhängig und flexibel. Moderne Einrichtung und ausgesprochen freundliches, hilfsbereites Personal.

Cons:

Die Zimmerreinigung erfolgt im Sinne der Nachhaltigkeit nur gegen Aufpreis. Auch benutzte oder schmutzige Handtücher sollen selbst in den vierten Stock gebracht werden. Praktischer wäre es, wenn es auf jedem Stockwerk einen Wäschekorb oder Sammelbehälter gäbe.

Prima Unterkunft - unbedingt immer die PIN bei sich haben.
Pros:

Wegweisendes Konzept, auf Dinge zu verzichten, die viele Reisende nicht brauchen: Rezeption, Zimmerservice, Restaurant. Die Lage ist top, direkt am Ku'damm. Das Interior ist modern und zweckmäßig, die Zimmergröße reicht auch gut für 2 Personen, wenn man sich hauptsächlich zum Schlafen dort aufhält.

Cons:

Ganz wichtig: Man sollte immer seine PIN dabei haben. Denn die App hat einige Schwächen: Sie funktioniert nicht immer, öffnet nicht die Stockwerkstür, und erzwang jeden Tag ein Update. Es wäre besser, wenn man seine PIN für das Zimmer schon ein oder zwei Tage vor der Anreise bekäme und nicht erst am Tag selbst.

Everything about our stay in Numa Berlin was amazing. Their customer support is super attentive. The apartment was spacious, spotless, and very comfortable. The location was excellent, making it easy to get around and explore the city. We had a wonderful experience and would absolutely stay here again.
