Location is perfect, room comfortable and hotel was very quiet.

Cons:

Common areas on ground floor ( shared with other businesses) were dirty. A spilled coffee remained on the floor for three days.

It's not clear that everything is automated, with no reception and you need to wait on the phone to get to someone, check-in and check-out. Additionally the management was not understanding of a cancellation that was caused due to the current war in Iran.
