De wc staat super dicht tegen de chauffauge, dit hebben wij opgelost met handdoek over chauffauge te leggen

Schönes Hotel zu einem guten Preis.
Pros:

Gute Lage und guter Aufenthalt dort. tolles Frühstück und freundliches Personal.

Cons:

Es kam zu einer Doppelbuchung, leider gab es überhaupt keine Kulanz und wenig Engagement das Problem zu lösen- das hat den Aufenthalt überschattet.

Das Personal super, das Zimmer und das Bad sauber.
Ein besonderes Lob an die "Küchenchefin". Die hausgemachten Aufstriche süß und deftig waren für uns ein Highlight.

Cons:

Das Bad bräuchte mal eine Renovierung.
Beim Zimmer neben dem Fahrstuhl ist sehr hellhörig. Man hat das Schuhgeklappere der runtergehenden Gäste gehört

Sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt.
Pros:

Lage in einem schönen Kiez, in der Nähe vom Bahnhof Zoo, von wo man überall gut hinkommt. Gutes reichhaltiges Frühstücksbuffet. Sehr nettes Personal und hilfsbereit. Ich hatte bei meiner Abreise etwas vergessen, gegen eine geringe Servicegebühr wurde es mir nachgesendet.
