Quick Trip
Pros:

Walking distance to lots of good restaurants. Unique and historic vibe. Parking is not ideal but valet parking is available at an extra charge. The options for breakfast were limited but everything was tasty. The rooms were what you expected of a hotel of its age. The air was not adjustable within the rooms. All staff was friendly and helpful.

Pros:

The valet experience is always top notch. Aerial and Shay go above and beyond. Always exceeding expectations. My vehicle is always delivered in a prompt timely manner. I’ve never had any safety nor damage concerns. 5 stars out of 5!

Nice people. Great food options.
Pros:

This was a last minute choice since I was rushing to go see Chris Brown, but I was not disappointed! The front desk man Joshton was thoughtful and when the ac in my room wasn’t working they switched me to a cooler one, and they even had free cookies. Valet Arielle was extremely kind. There is also quite a plethora of food options in Five Points, so I was quite satisfied. Definitely would come back again!

Pros:

Decent gym, great staff, very clean, but age of building, calling for elevators buttons don’t work great. Must push button continuously till it lights up.

Pros:

We had a flawless check in process, great valet and housekeeping services, but the breakfast that was included wasn’t the best experience. We waited at a table for a long time only to finally be greeted by a grumpy lady (I can’t blame her too much for being grumpy since she was the only one working the restaurant). The food was fine, but, as a result of this experience, we chose to forfeit our included breakfast the next day and just go to a different restaurant. The other issue we had was the noise outside our window that went on until the early morning hours keeping us from sleeping.

Hotel Indigo Great for Writers!
Pros:

I enjoyed my stay at Hotel Indigo and have reservations there for a writers' group I'm bringing to town at the end of September. My absolute favorite part of the room was the shower which was a piece of heaven with the perfectly hot water and the lovely products plus it was sparkling clean. The location is also perfect for my group so close to good restaurants with something for everyone. The day I arrived, unfortunately the elevator was down for a while, but it was repaired shortly after. The bar is adorable and I can't wait to write there with my group! Great staff also. Helpful and friendly.

Okay visit
Pros:

Staff was very friendly and very prompt to address issues.
However, the bathroom door is a rolling door that has a 2 inch gap on each side so everyone in the room can hear you in bathroom. Our bathroom door was extremely hard to push open. The kids couldn’t open or shut it. The elevator worked once on our trip. And overall the hotel was very old and needed updates . There were people directly outside approaching everyone they saw although that’s not a hotel problem maybe something could be done

WORST
Pros:

Fox and DeAngelo were the only good things about this hotel. The rest of the staff day and night are terrible. And the manager Sharika is not pleasant. Stay away from here . Fox and DeAngelo, the Valet, were fantastic. They need a raise or to be transferred to another hotel that is actually going to appreciate their kindness and hard work. Because this place is not it

Pros:

The finishes and fixtures in my room were pretty worn out. Lots of chips and scuffs, the flooring was peeling, and the bathroom shower was an unpleasant experience. Fixture finishes were chipped, orange stains in the shower pan, messy caulking, and rust forming around the ceiling above.
The fitness center was well equipped but not stocked with towels and the sanitizing wipe dispenser was not functioning.
Staff were nice and the made to order breakfast was pretty good, but when my flight home got cancelled later that day, I did not hesitate to stay elsewhere.
