perfect location for the hotel and bungalows- right by the beach, and 5 minute walk from the near bye DOR mature reserve (with plenty of walking paths, hidden coves, views and archeological finds).
We stayed one night- went for a long afternoon and evening walk along the beach and coves. Early morning walk and hike and swim along the beaches, then when it got hot, went to the extensive breakfast spread (served until 11:00 on a weekday).
We got a free upgrade from regular bungalow to premium room, with balcony view of the sea.
free parking.

The beach area is a nice part of the Israeli coast. The sand was not combed when we were there-there are cigarette butts, plastic cups. A single shower area. Hotel staff showed up with towels only at 09:30 AM! Also life guard service ends at 18:00, although there is daylight until almost 20:00. We reserved a family unit which is quite spacious but run down. Old furniture, drab curtains, "kitchenette" consists of small fridge, electric kettle and sink. Sheets are good quality but pillows and towels less so. We felt that the room was over-priced for what is offered. The yard is nice-but grass was only cut the day we left. There are picnic benches scattered around and each unit has a lounge chair and very nice hammock. Our family unit was at the very end of the area and although it's not a long walk it was quite difficult in the heat with a toddler. There's a nice selection of food items and beverages at the breakfast buffet. I suggest to get there early, otherwise quite crowded. Dining room staff was helpful and provided booster chair. Desk staff is friendly (Noor and Yael -thank you!) but they can certainly use more people at check-in and as "bellboys". One evening there was an enjoyable bonfire on the beach with hot drinks, baked potatoes, corn and marshmallows.
The rooms on the Beach amazing
Booking through Expedia did not clearly include additional payments we were required to pay when we arrived at the hotel
1. When we were a family room it was explicitly stated "Sleeps-5" and when we arrived we were required to pay 1000 NIS extra for 2 children aged 4 and 5
2. The order stated "Taxes - Included" without an asterisk. In small print we found that might require value added tax. But it was not clearly written VAT so we did not see the comment in small print.
3. The order states that there is free internet. It was not stated that it was only in the dining room and not in the rooms.
4.4. We can stay in the 3 rooms we booked until Saturday night after the end of Shabbat, ie about 19:54, already at 16:30 a cleaner arrived, opened one of the rooms with his key and wanted to start cleaning and did not want to wait until the end of Shabbat.
Amazing location and perfect beach line, yet, the resort is poorly maintained and service is exceptionally bad.
We booked for the regular rooms which were really very spartan, no amenities and not even a rack to put our suitcases. We got an upgrade to the boutique rooms which were amazing, first line to the beach, sliding glass doors and patio furniture.
We lived the fact that we were only about 100 feet from the beach.
The breakfast was great, huge assortment of good quality cheeses, salads, hot dishes and cakes. The breakfast room was also on the beach and we lingered there way after the meal.
We already booked to return, next time to the jr suites with private pool.
Love this place, just not the standard rooms unless you plan to be out all day!
it is a 3 stars hotel that presents itself as a 5 stars
the beach is amasing but you can enjoy the beach without beeing a guest of the hotel.
breakfast is horrible
we ordered family swit but actually got regular room with sofa for the kids
no staff apeared in the block. when we had water leaked in the bathroom they brought us a wiper to clean by ourselfs
the room wasnt clean till afternon
we had to ask for everything lige clean towls and shampoo.
no value for money
This is a place that has some rooms that you might refer to as hotel. But basically it’s a motel. It’s a bit misleading as one sees photos of a swimming pool etc but these are only rooms with a swimming pool. There is no pool for other rooms to use. The room had ants, uncomfortable beds, very old everything. They gave 3 towels for 3 people only and a bath mat. There were no toiletries. There was a liquid soap dispenser in the shower but it was empty. Disappointing for the price. One thing positive though is the beach! It’s excellent and so is the surrounding area.
Unbelievable location on the best beach in Israel.
The Location is amazing and one of it is kind, the beach is perfect and the water is so clear a very clean beach.
The rooms are far from being good very old not cozy- mattresses are full of springs for this price I would excpect much more, breakfast is very good service was excellent
The rooms are very basic, more like a hostel. The only good thing in this hotel is its beautiful and close beach with a clear blue sea. The prices of the room and dinners are very high compared to what you get. It seems that there is no awareness at all to a great customer experience and giving the guests a good time.
I will come back but I will take a better room although it is more expensive. The beach is one of the most beautiful I have visited.
It is not the first time we stay at this hotel and usually we are happy. This time however we got two very old rooms with no comfort, not enough towels and not even a hairdryer in the room. The truth is we were very disappointed because we know they could provide us with better rooms they have. what a shame!!!!!!
Our initial room was not up to par and so the next day we were upgraded to a seafront renovated room which was very nice, especially because we could fall asleep to the sounds of the waves. Kudos to Kiril, the reservations manager who made it happen.
Best beach in Israel! Great view of the sea. Pretty good food (extra payment for lunch/supper). The suite has an aesthetic design, but: 1) lumpy pillows and bed; 2) no blackout curtains on one side of the room; 3) not enough outlets for the appliances; 4) rough towels; 5) no wifi in the rooms (just the main office).
Overall, a bit over-priced, but it's the best hotel seaview in Israel.
The pictures advertised are NOT what you get - this place is a SCAM
This is not a resort nor a seaside hotel...this place is a Giant Scam and the people who run this place know it and treat you terribly. The pictures are lies
Clean and pleasant. Very expansive
Too much money for poor hotel
It was good
