Very disappointed.
Pros:

The staff and location.

Cons:

The shower rose didn’t stay up and you couldn’t tighten it. It was impossible to get a constant temperature of water. Showering was a nightmare.
Not even a hairdryer.

Everything ok except no view of the Opera House.
Pros:

Great location.

Cons:

I ask for a room with view as above. A clear view of the Opera House but we could only see a bit through a tree. The Opera House is one of my favourite buildings in the world so I was really very disappointed. Will not return.

Pros:

The location was excellent & accessible to public transport. It was clean despite being a bit run down.

Cons:

The website indicated food ‘dining’ was available but when explored it was only breakfast via a voucher at a cafe. Misleading when you arrive late after long travel & hope for a meal in the room.

War super!
Pros:

Super Lage, sehr zentral.

Cons:

Die Einrichtung wirkt ein bisschen veraltet (funktioniert einwandfrei) und das Bett könnte an der anderen Wand stehen, dann hätte man vom Bett aus Blick aufs Opernhaus. Dennoch würde ich jederzeit dort wieder buchen.

Book for the location, not the facilities.

Whilst it was for two people, little things like
The iron was broken, one wine glass (yes its important to have multiples),
The room needs a good revamp,
broken tiles,
carpet felt gritty underfoot
Only one chair - again booking was for 2
Only enough tea/coffee for one serve, had to ask for extras regularly
Its all the little things abd for the pricing the facility was subpar.

We were told we could check in early, then when we arrived they said come back in an hour, we went back in over and hour and the room still wasn’t ready.

Overnight picturesque and comfortable stay in the CBD
Pros:

The location of hotel was perfect being close to Circular Quay and the port for our cruise embarkment the following day. Proximity to public transport, shops and eateries was ideal, because we were in Sydney over night and we needed to catch up with friends and family. Finally, the view of Sydney harbour was breathtaking.

Cons:

Traveling with an infant in a parm, not being able to get dropped off closer outside for convenience was testing. Secondly, the front pavement was riddled with tree roots and presenting maneuvering issue with roller bags and pushing a peak. The frustration of check in issues was further exacerbated by staff not offering to bring me a trolley for luggage from the first floor despite being aware I was alone with my child. This was disappointing.
