It was close to where we needed to be.

Cons:

The "heritage" room was in very poor condition, the stairs were very steep and dangerous to ascend and decend. The kitchen floorboards creaked and groaned very loudly each time you walked on them. The kitchen cupbosrds were falling off their hinges.
The staff offered no help with luggage on the stairs in their reception area and simply watched my 80 year old husband struggle to lift suitcases up and down the reception stairs. A very dissapointing staly

Great location, comfy beds but not quite up to the photos and expectation for the price.
Pros:

Great location especially if joining a cruise or events at Circular Quay
Beds were really comfortable

Cons:

I expected to be arriving at one of the nice hotels and it is far from.
Quite hard to find as no clear signage and just a small entry.
Very dated and not very clean

We needed somewhere close to where the cruise ship sailed and it met all our needs.

We stayed for three nights, were close to all attractions, transport, and night life and most definitely will be back to

Was walking distance to all main attractions and transport. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Room was clean and maintained throughout our stay

Perfect location, great staff, quiet and comfortable.
Pros:

The location could not have been more perfect, in part of the Rocks but still very quiet. The room was spotlessly clean, the Kind size bed was amazing and the staff were so helpful and kind.

Cons:

Nil, nothing not to like.

Atrocious venue Falsely advertised
Pros:

Almost nothing. Got a free wine when complaint made. But so bad really. Not happy at all.8

Cons:

False advertising on room, view misrepresented. staff and booking.com.failure to address a suitable option. Broken amenities and terrible communication to booking.com. won't ever stay again.
Dirty carpets, broken outdoor furniture, grout missing in bathroom. Broken toilet, roof vents loose and risk of falling from ceiling. Beds terrible. Unclean generally.
