Good bed and good receptionist but bad that there was NO POOL
Pros:

the bed was fine and the bathroom was fine

Cons:

I was very unhappy to find that the pool was NOT OPEN at all during my stay as the website stated it was! AND IT WAS NOT>.

Good stay. Value for your money. I’d stay there again.

Great location. Staff super nice. Comfy beds. Quiet.

Cons:

The Air conditioning /heat unit wouldn’t work. The pool was closed. The exercise room was uncomfortably frigid.

Awesome Hotel!
Pros:

The front desk gal, Rebecca was AMAZING! Our tv didn’t work and she took care of it promptly and with a smile on her face. She was so nice, so friendly and so helpful! She deserves employee of the month. Also, the hotel seems older but has been very well updated and was so very clean. Continental breakfast was wonderful. This hotel deserves a 11 on a scale of 1-10 , 10 being the best. Price was very reasonable . This will be our go to hotel when we stay in Eau Claire for any future trips. Thank you again Rebecca, you rock! 👍😁

It was disappointing and I'm bugged we had chosen to stay there...cept for the gal this morning.
Pros:

loved the gal on duty this morning

Cons:

the room was crazy small and the bathroom was smaller. No counter space. Towels were rough. Toilet seat was hanging by a thread. Gal on duty last night was unenthusiastic to be there.

Fine stay but hotel needs updating
Pros:

Easy "remote" check-in process. I was in my room within minutes upon arrival.

Cons:

The hotel doesn't have an elevator! How is it possible that in today's day and age, your hotel doesn't need to be accessible to people with disabilities?

This will be my hotel from Eau Claire stays, always!
Pros:

The staff was super sweet from day 1 to day 5. The rooms were clean enough, stocked with what you need and if it wasn’t you could get it. Clean pool, work out room, clean breakfast. All around clean. Felt like I was staying at home instead of a hotel.

Cons:

Maybe a littttle and I mean a little more cleaning in the bathrooms but honestly that’s it.
