The way 1 member of staff spoke to my autistic son made him uncomfortable to approach her for the remainder of the stay. The others were fabulous 👌

Cons:

The air conditioner, although seemingly working properly, blew cold air for approximately 15-20 seconds even when on the heat setting.The force of the air was strong and loud even when the fan was on a low setting. This went on all night every 15 minutes or so resulting in loss of sleep. We finally moved a chair in front of the air conditioner to diffuse the cold air.

Clean, but no frills hotel.

Cons:

Needs updating. No working fan in the bathroom. Inefficient air conditioning which was hard to regulate. Lots of hallway and traffic noise. No elevator.

The room was clean and comfortable. Close to shopping and restaurants. Restaurant delivered so we could relax quietly in room. Staff was friendly. Breakfast was good.

Cons:

Air conditioner was a little loud. Bed was high and creaked when getting on and off.

The staff was very nice, but the room was disgusting.
Pros:

The staff was very nice. The breakfast was okay, but we chose to eat out for 3 out of the 4 days.

Cons:

As soon as we opened the door to the room, we were met with a very strong odor of mildew. The room was so humid that the bedding and towels even felt damp. The carpet felt completely disgusting and had to keep shoes on our feet. The air conditioner was set to 60 degrees and running, so it was a cold humidity. We left the air conditioner on and the bathroom fan running the entire 4 night stay. This did not really seem to help, but we had to try something, as it was in the 90's with air quality warnings outside, so opening the windows was not an option. We had to keep our clothes in our closed suitcases, for fear that our clothes would absorb the smell. When we arrived, we were in a hurry to get to an event and the hotel was full, so there was no way of getting another room.

Pros:

The pool was quiet and available. The AC was working! We needed to get out of the heat— only reason for staying. A very pleasant getaway for my granddaughter and me.

Cons:

The complimentary breakfast is sad really.

Needs some love
Pros:

Just want to start and say the staff is amazing. But I feel like the place could use some love !! We stayed in 134 and the carpet and bathroom floor were just grimy , my feet felt and looked gross and had to wear my shoes around . Also recommend replacing the AC unit in that room specifically, it smelt musty in there from it
