Location
Rooms smelled and breakfast sucks and the staff was a Karen
Pillows. Hard as rocks
Pool was clean, beds were comfortable.
Room wasn't the one shown in the picture but did accommodate 5 persons. Breakfast had no protein like eggs or meats.
Very old hotel that needs a lot of updates. I'm honestly surprised Wyndham would even put their name on this property.
There was no elevator, so we had to carry all of our luggage up the stairs to the second floor ourselves. The breakfast area had stale food, the carpets were dirty and heavily stained, and our room had one newer mattress and one very old mattress. To make matters worse, the bathroom vent fan didn't work, and the shower had very little water pressure.
The hotel also advertises an on-site bar, but it wasn't even open because they do not currently have a liquor license. It was disappointing to arrive expecting amenities that were being advertised but unavailable.
The pool was also extremely small—roughly 12' x 12'—and looked more like an oversized hot tub than a hotel pool. The photos and descriptions online made the amenities seem much more impressive than they actually were.
Overall, this was one of the worst hotel experiences I've had. Between the poor condition of the property, the lack of functioning amenities, and the misleading advertising, I would have rather slept in my car.
Nothing. Jeffery Dahmer vibes
Beds were awful. Lighting was terrible. Tv was about as big as my phone. Bathrooms were decent. Oh and the big ass bug I killed was the icing on the cake. DO NOT STAY HERE.
The front desk Lady was amazing.
Um where do I start, I pull up to check in and there’s a couple tweakers picking shit out of rocks right by the front door and then I get to my hotel room and there is stains all over the chairs and it was totally disgusting. I did not want to stay, but unfortunately it was raining and I was on my motorcycle so I had to.
Our room the beds were amazing, clean no signs of bugs
Had a musty smell in the halls and others we were with their room was very musty, floors very worn and creaking,
Nothing, we couldn't even check in because there was not one employee at the desk when we showed up at 11:10pm. I even called the hotel around 530pm to let them know we would be checking in before midnight.!
We couldn't check in due to no employee being at the front desk. I stood there for 30 minutes picking up the phone, pressing 0 and all the phones behind the desk rang and rang and rang. I even had some younger kids come and ask me if I work there and I said no I'm looking for someone that does. I go out to our vehicle and call booking.com to inform them I will not be waiting or staying at this hotel. My boyfriend went in and literally walked every hallway to find any person that worked at this hotel and still could not find anyone to check us in. Not a good experience!
Awesome
Great
The room was very clean & comfy. Slept very well.
Coffee was very weak, barely above colored water. When I asked about it. Staff were rather rude about it, actually pretty snotty! Several guests were in breakfast area & other guests had just came down for breakfast. Right in front of them she takes away waffle makings, dumps coffee. WE CLEAN IT UP AT 9:00 ON THE DOT! There wasn’t any courtesy, “Would anyone care for anything else?” Nothing! She just took it all away in front of these guests that just came down.
