Hot tub jets didn't work.
No towels by pool or hot tub.
Beds uncomfortable, pillows very small. Window air conditioning unit didn't work very well.
Vending machines were not filled and card reader was broken.

Bittersweet IT WAS AN 8 OUT OF 10
Pros:

I liked the beds, flooring, pool, breakfast and setup in the rooms.

Cons:

I did not like the wifi reception, some parts of the wall in the bathroom and the tub. The tub had a few brown spots in the corner which made it look really old.

Disappointing
Pros:

I stay at this motel whenever I am in the area. It is always clean and well maintained and the staff is always friendly and very helpful.

Cons:

I have a 7 hour drive each time I visit and have my grandchildren come to the motel to swim and have a family get-together. This time was special as I was having them over to swim and have a little pizza party for New Year's Eve. Imagine the disappointment when I arrived at the motel ready to have them over and the pool was not operational. My granddaughter had to call her three friends and cancel the evening's plans. After the long drive, I also look forward to a soak in the hot tub as I have a very debilitating spinal disease. The hot tub was empty; out of order. I double checked the website and there was no mention of these amenities not offered at that time. I believe this is false advertisement and that a partial refund is in order but don't think I will get anywhere if I try a request. Use of a pool down the road at another motel was offered but it felt wrong to impose on another place of business and who wants to venture out back to the original motel with wet clothes and wet hair. It is what it is - I will be finding another motel for my family visits from now on.

Pros:

The location is close to where we go ever day when we are there. There are usually 2 groups of 2 in each room. Separate reservations.

Cons:

Room # 128 Bathroom tub and mold around the bathing area. Around tub All the calking coming loose. Just didn’t have that cleanliness look. Been neglected for a long time. Same thing last year different room.
