Poor customer service
Pros:

Was so disappointed in the hotel. Was traveling for my brother's funeral. The flight was delayed and subsequently canceled. I called the hotel and notified them of the delay, and later notified them of the cancelation. At that time I was told they couldn't do anything about the reservation or my payment.

Pros:

Someone stole my daughter’s purse, bed was only made once, airport shuttle service took such a long time to come we were late getting to the airport (we called 20 minutes ahead to order).
