If you don't speak Spanish you might find it difficult. The times posted for pool hours not adhere d to. Lounge area and outside not clean need outside transport containers. I chose it because I am a choice hotel member

Noisy Ice Machine. Don't get a room near the ice machine.
Pros:

Everything was good except the noise.

Cons:

Noisy. People continually using the ice machine all night. This is not an exaggeration. They should relocate the ice machine to a place where it won't bother people.

Smoking smell each time entering room. Parking lot had big pothole in the entrance.

It was great! Even opened the pool later for us.
Pros:

It was peaceful and the staff was the nicest we’ve seen yet!

Cons:

The price was not the same as it was priced online but I don’t think it was the hotel that did that.

The pool table was broken, there were missing balls, and the cue sticks had no tips. Also, I would have liked more protein options on the breakfast counter.

Clean, friendly place to stay.
Pros:

Clean, nicely appointed, staff were friendly and outgoing; we love the outdoor are with fire table for hanging out in the nice weather.

Cons:

Unfortunately the fire table wasn’t working. One of the owners group stopped and tried to help us troubleshoot, and we decided it likely needed work on the control knob and valve, so he was going to have someone come check it out. That’s obviously not a “fix it now” issue, so we couldn’t really enjoy it much, but appreciated the assistance trying to keep the small bit of flame going that we were able to manage!

Pros:

The beds were comfortable and main room was clean.

Cons:

The furniture is not in the best condition and the sink/drain didn't work well.
