This hotel definitely serves me well! Will come back again!
Pros:

The hot breakfast provided was definitely adequate! Scrambled eggs, sausage, waffles (and they smell wonderful!), different flavors of yogurt and delicious coffee. The room was clean. Still offers a microwave and refrigerator where we were able to keep the food we got from Trader's chilled. The water pressure was very good. Appreciate they have hot water and coffee available downstairs in the lobby at most hours! The bed was comfortable, slept like a baby!

Cons:

The room is dated and looks worn. I would appreciate a slightly larger selection of breads at breakfast. Would it be possible to have wheat bread available? There was little room available at the bathroom sink, so I ended up moving the coffee service over to the bedroom, no problem.

The worst hotel I had in Boston.
Cons:

The furniture in the room was terribly outdated, covered in visible scratches, and heavily stained. The carpet was filthy, with noticeable coffee stains and accumulated grime throughout. The sofa was equally unkept, showing prominent dark stains, and there was even a distinct, musty odor in the room. I cannot fathom how a room in this deplorable condition can be rented out for $350 a night.

A nightmare experience
Pros:

The location to businesses in Somerville is convenient.

Cons:

In 30 years of business travel, this is probably the worst hotel in which I have stayed. The rate per night is grossly overpriced. On check-in I was told that I had to request for the room to be cleaned the night before. The hotel looked like it had not been renovated in decades. The carpet was stained and sticky underfoot. The room in which I stayed must have had a flood as the carpet was still wet and there was an incredibly pungent mouldy smell when you entered and were in the room. The mouldy smell seemed to attract flies. Breakfast was disappointing.

היתה הסעה משדה התעופה אבל הגיעה באיחור . קרוב למלון יש מרכז קניות ומסעדות. יש חנייה במקום. קפה תה ומים חפשי בקבלה בלובי. חדר מרווח. יש מכונת קפה בחדר. החדר היה שקט למרות לשקרוב לכביש ראשי- לא שמענו את רעש המכוניות בחוץ. ארוחת בוקר היתה לא לטעמי כולל חביתה קבב עמדת פנקייק לחם לבן עם ממרחים יוגורט ופירות. כמה סוגי קפה בדרגות קלייה שונות (אהבתי) . שתי מיטות קוון סדינים נקיים

לצערי היה ריח לא טוב בחדר כנראה עקב השטיח . המחיר היה יקר בשביל לילה אבל התעריף היה יותר משתלפ בהזמנה ביום אחר.

Good for a short start when you only need to sleep
Pros:

Great location close to the North End of Boston and adjacent to Assembly Row. Front desk staff was always helpful. Breakfast was sausage, scrambled eggs and waffles along with oatmeal and cereal options, bread, blueberry muffins, and fruit (mostly what appeared to be oranges). Waffles and sausage were delicious. Good water pressure in the shower. Fantastic price for our 3 night stay.

Cons:

Hotel is in some need of freshening up and updating. Heavily worn fixtures and furnishings in our room. Breakfast dining area is very small. Walls between rooms are paper thin- we could clearly hear a neighbor on her phone casually taking. We took a shuttle to the airport (which runs on the hour). Our driver made no effort to help with luggage which we found odd. I would not want to be stuck inside due to poor weather as no amenities outside of a small fitness room. Lobby area is small as well. It was fine for 3 nights and really only using the room for sleeping. Any longer would have been to many there.

I would try another hotel in the area before I came back to this location
Pros:

The hotel needs an update for the $358 price. Staff was excellent. As we were coming in the hotel, there was a rodent running under a fence to the right of the hotel .

Cons:

Breakfast wasn't anything special a d was cold. The hotel is fine for an overnight but not longer Hotel needs an updating it seems to be stuck 80's. We have stayed in other La Qunita's that are update and the breakfast was hot.
