Cons:

we checked in here around 8 pm with a family of 4 and 2 month old infant. We had a flight next day early morning around 8 am so we were planning to checkout by 5 am.
After we checked in I specifically requested for a baby crib which was given to us after 2 hours that too after 2-3 repeated requests. Around 4 am we noticed another big problem, the washroom was clogging and all the water overflowed from toilet. We were not even able to use the washroom at all. When asked for another room we were told to use common washroom in front of reception. Basically our one night stay at this property was meaningless and waste of money!

The only things I like about the property close to shopping center and close to some restaurant

Cons:

I don’t like Customer Service they keep charging my card with out my permission. I supposed to be paying $259 for three nights. They charge me over $500 $150 for parking for the first day $10 every day and for room with 350 I have a video recording talking to the receptions and as they might they keep charging my card she says she don’t know that’s the Night Shift basically this is a fraud. I have a receipt now from there for $295 does the final fee but still showing in my bank statement they charged me over $500.

Great location, breakfast and price. This is hard to beat for medium to longer stays.
Pros:

The breakfast in this hotel was optimal for a long stay. Fresh scrambled eggs every morning with almost no sodium. The coffee was good and the hours were perfect. Great way to start a day. The rooms are large and climate controlled, very warm in the winter. There are great restaurants and shopping very close by.

Cons:

Probably could have replaced the bed. Parking was for a $10 fee. This is too much for a hotel guest. The parking lot is large, so this feels unnecessary. But the lot was well lit and very safe, so that makes up fot it.
