Perfect for a cozy night
Pros:

The room is super cozy and the soft carpet in the floor makes it perfect for winter time. The interiors, all made with wood, are amazing and create a warm environment. Breakfast has a ton of options and the personnel can always prepare something extra on request.
We loved coming here and surely will again!

Cons:

We wished there was at least 1 bottle of water in the mini-fridge. That’s it :)

Very friendly comfortable stay.
Pros:

Friendly staff and comfortable spacious rooms.
Had visited Germany as my Aunty had passed away and we had to sort her personal effects. The team at the hotel assisted us with disposing of unwanted items. Was very kind of them.

Cons:

The central heating was on and couldn't be controlled in the room. Was very stuffy even with the windows open.
Staff gave us the control for the air con which really helped.

Pros:

Sehr netter Empfang, das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Es war alles sehr sauber und ordentlich. Das Frühstück wurde am Tisch serviert. Auf Wunsch gab es frische Eierspeisen und am Wochenende frische Waffeln. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt und kommen bei unserem nächsten Besuch in Heidelberg gerne wieder.

Für die Bedürfnisse war es völlig in Ordnung
Pros:

Ich war mit dem Zimmer ganz zufrieden, die Matratze war vielleicht einen Tick zu weich aber das mag ja jeder ein wenig anders. Die Lage war ganz ok und das Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis würde ich auch als ok bezeichnen.

Tolles Preis Leistung
Pros:

Sehr schönes Hotel. Hotel liegt außerhalb von Heidelberg ist mit Straßenbahn an Heidelberg angeschlossen. Das Personal war freundlich und zuvorkommend. Gutes Preis Leistung Verhältnis. Das Zimmer und Bad war sauber. Unsere EBikes könnten wir in einer Fahrradgarage sicher abstellen. Großer Vorteil für Fahrradfahrer.

Cons:

Das Frühstück fanden wir für 17,90 Euro zu teuer. Deshalb nicht gebucht.
