Check in was amazing. The lady was very helpful. I didn't go to the room immediately because we were simply checking in to get the room key before our dinner reservations.
No hot water.
We were celebrating my birthday and didn't officially get in until after midnight. Having celebrated with adult beverages, I didn't feel a good choice would be going down to complain. I decided to wait until morning to try the shower again and address it at that time.
When we woke up at 0730 to shower before checking out; we discovered the water was still only cold water. I told the desk attendants at the time of check out and they simply said they would let maintenance know. They didn't ask if I wanted to shower in a different room. Didn't ask if I slept well. Didn't offer a discount or even say I hope you enjoyed your stay. Didn't even say goodbye or have a nice day as I walked away. I felt as if I was simply another dollar in their pocket.
The property was great. The staff was friendly and the cookies. Oh my goodness the cookies. My room was pretty cool too. I’ll definitely be back when I’m in the area.
The only negative I could say is that the place was under renovation at the time of my stay. That being said, I did not hear any construction noise or anything of the sort while I was there. Renovation/construction can’t be helped when you’re trying to make improvements and make better for the future.

Amazing stay, was very quiet and comfortable room. The only thing was there must have been a remodeling, the room was missing a couch, which wasn't needed but would have been nice. Everything was fantastic otherwise.
It was fairly easy to find.
Our breakfast did get included in our stay.
