El trato del Gerente es pésimo, grosero, no me dio opciones de llegada solo me dijo de inicio que mi reserva estaba cancelada aunque soy cliente frecuente, pésima atención. Llegué 5am había avisado y hecho la reserva con antelación como todas mis visitas y me dijo que la reserva estaba cancelada, no fue amable ni ofreció solución inmediata.

No tiene internet , 0 , y te dicen q es xq el hotel está lleno y es mentira , el internet es pésimo , el estacionamiento es aparte del hotel y hay q dejar el carro re lejos y caminar xq no tiene entrada conectada con el estacionamiento y si deja el carro afuerita en el estacionamiento el vigilante te desinfla las 4 llantas , a mí me pasó 2 días y me di cuenta q eso hacían, en el restaurante son super groseros , y el hotel está en pésimo estado , a las 10am tu estando durmiendo se meten las camaristas sin autorización , recomendación 0 , busquen otra opcion
