me gusto la ubicacion cerca de poliforum , la habitacion muy comoda y limpieza, el personal de recepcion muy amable y oportuno, el baño ocupa mantenimiento, pero en lo general bien. Y el hecho de poder hacer check in antes, lo agradezco

Me toco la ventana ala avenida y toda la noche hubo mucho Ruido . Cuando subí y vi mi habitación me comunique ala recepción para ver si me cambiaban de habitación pero el dependiente me dijo que ya no habia mas habitaciones y alo que vi ni si quiera checo

La habitación como está pegada a la avenida se mucho muy ruidosa y no te permite descansar, si pueden pidan una de las del fondo, el hotel es algo viejo y se nota en detalles, el control de la tv no funcionaba bien, el personal de recepción fue muy seco y el que estaba como dueño algo juzgon
