Great place to stay ! Family owned! Cosy ! Nice art on the walls!
Pros:

I usually stay in 4 or 5 star-hotels to avoid unpleasant experiences. We have chosen this hotel for the address and because it offered a roof-top room. We were not disappointed! It was one of the best holidays on the French Riviera !

Absolutely lovely family driven hotel, warm&welcoming, perfect location.
Pros:

We both loved this wonderful French hotel with its welcoming and friendly staff, tasteful decorations and comfortable rooms. The rooms were designed in a very nice way, with lots of small wonderful details. We also very much appreciated the high quality products in the bathroom and the glass of wine from the hotel family's own vineyard that was offered every night in the reception at 9 pm. There was also a possibility to sit outside the hotel, on a lovely little terrace, surrounded by palm trees.

Cons:

Difficult to think of anything negative. Well, maybe the very perky pigeons on the balcony.

Anscheinend soll es Zimmer geben, die ruhiger sind. Also unbedingt darauf achten
Pros:

sehr sauber und super Lage

Cons:

- extrem ringhöriges Zimmer (Schritte im Treppenhaus fühlten sich an, als würde jemand gleich neben dem Bett stehen). Ausschlafen ist nicht möglich für geräuschanfällige Leute.
- mufflige Handtücher
- bereits um 6 Uhr morgens roch es unnangehem stark nach Speck im Zimmer. Irgendwas mit der Lüftung scheint während meinem Aufenthalt nicht richtig zu funktionieren.

Pros:

Très centrale, les gens qui travaillent sont tres gentilles, a Cannes ca peut être votre pied à terre.

Cons:

Je suis resté au studio Moliere qui était très bien équipée sauf pour les longues séjours un lave linge peut etre utile.

Fantastic
Pros:

Hotel de Provence was perfect in every way. It has beautiful exteriors and a nice outdoor seating area. The room was immaculately clean and had everything you could need, including a very comfortable bed. The sun is on the balcony all morning and for most of the afternoon. Excellent value. Location under a ten minute walk from both the station and the sea. The staff were all incredibly friendly and helpful and I felt genuinely cared for and welcome. I would recommend to anybody staying in Cannes.
