We had an amazing stay at Hôtel de Provence. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, and we really enjoyed the drinks served around 7pm. The location was perfect — just off the main strip in Cannes, very safe, and within easy walking distance to everything. The parking was also very convenient and close by.
We booked the penthouse apartment and absolutely loved it. It was spacious, open, and airy with beautiful views over the city and even a glimpse of the sea. The outdoor benches and terrace area made it a fantastic place to relax, and overall we were extremely satisfied with the experience. We will most certainly return.

Great location, lovely staff, 200 yards from beach, beach bars, major shopping street 100 yards away too. 10 minute walk to harbour and old town.
We had a wonderful stay in Cannes. The location was perfect, beautiful, clean, charming, and a perfect Côte d’Azur getaway. The hotel offered a complimentary happy hour, which was such a nice touch. We didn’t try the breakfast, but it looked fantastic every morning. The staff was incredibly helpful especially Steffi and spoke excellent English, which made everything easy for us. My partner enjoyed it so much he said he would absolutely bring me back again. Highly recommend!

The room is excellent, everything is excellent. Don’t think twice this is the place to stay.
This beautiful place has been my home for a whole week. Although I could’ve enjoyed the shareable places under amazing trees and vegetation on the ground floor, I mostly opted to stay in my room with a balcony, a must here. The bed is delicious, the linens crisp and clean, the bathroom renovated, and the view liberating. Quiet & private, but extremely accessible, great location to easily go from the train station to the beach, shopping, or any other direction. Every single person that works here is sweet, gentle and will assist you with any request you have, including the owner. Don’t look any further, book this place, you won’t regret it.
A very charming & elegant hotel located in the best part of town. The rooms are beautiful & the service was excellent.
