Disappointing
Pros:

Not much

Cons:

Waited 15 mins to check in because nobody was there. Breakfast was bad with no meat, cold eggs, no cofee. Hot tub was broken.

Do not recommend if looking for quality and cleanliness
Pros:

Decent location for what we needed it for

Cons:

Poor quality, found dirty panties from previous guests and staff accused me of lying just to get a discount when I brought it to their attention. There was pet hair on our duvet cover and when I asked for a new one I never received it.

Room ok, location ok, hot tub not working and hot breakfast was a joke. Reviews in the breakfast were not at all accura
Pros:

Location was nice, close to downtown and brewery. Room was fine, the TV was placed over an old fireplace very low to ground which was weird

Cons:

The hot tub was not in order which one of the things we booked the hotel for. Staff offered no discount for inconvenience. Also the hot breakfast was not at all that was advertised. This was another reason we stayed there. The hot breakfast was a joke, reviews were not accurate. For the money we payed, my husband and I were very disappointed. We would not stay there again.

Front desk ladies were helpful but upset about the maid stealing items from our room!
Pros:

close to work

Cons:

maid came in our room when we were gone and we had the do not disturb on the door
my medication morphine was stolen and they opened a candy gift bag and took out all of the chocolates! The bathtub shower did not work had to get let in to another room to get a shower.
