Immer wieder gerne!
Pros:

Das Frühstück im Erbprinz ist hervorragend. Es hat alles was man sich wünscht. Und wenn es etwas nicht hat, macht es das Team möglich. Auch das Personal, das Ambiente im Hotel selbst sowie der SPA Bereich. TOLL!

Das Frühstück war ein Erlebnis, so eine Auswahl hatte ich noch nie in einem Hotel

Cons:

Ich hatte leider ein Zimmer direkt gegenüber an der Bahn. Würde dieses Hotel nicht direkt in der Innenstadt sein, sondern mehr grün drum herum, würde ich 20 Punkte vergeben

In my opinion it’s four ( not mentioned five) stars hotel with perfect restaurants.
Pros:

The restaurant was perfect on the dinner. The breakfast was great. But many nice located tables were reserved for the breakfast ( very unusual).

Cons:

The room interior was very poor. No coffee machine or pot in the room. The towels were poor as well. The staff forgot to put welcomed mineral water in the room. No baggage assistance from/ to car.

In de badkamer hing een urine lucht. Vermoedelijk niet goed schoongemaakt of het zit in de stenen vloer.

Freundlichkeit des Personals Spa Bereich Massagen und Kosmetik

Cons:

Parksituation das man bei Anreise gesagt bekommt welche Kosten entstehen und nicht erst bei Rechnungserstellung.
