Décevant alors que c’est une établissement que nous connaissons bien.
Pros:

Les installations de bien être, le spa. L’emplacement proche du joli centre ville

Cons:

Nous avons décidé de retourner dans cette hôtel pour la 4e fois. Nous étions sceptique car nous nous sommes aperçus que la note globale de l’hôtel avait chuté.
Maintenant que ce voyage est terminé nous comprenons mieux.


À notre arrivée nous nous sommes aperçus que les toilettes principales du logement était défaillant. Nous avons prévenu l’établissement puis nous sommes aller profiter du spa. Quelqu’un est venu nous chercher au spa pour nous dire qu’on allait devoir changer de chambre. Après avoir discuter longuement avec les employés de l’établissement pour trouver une solution adéquates nous avons indiqué que nous étions d’accord de rester dans la même chambre (et donc accepter une chambre non attribuable à de nouveaux clients) pour ne pas bloquer d’autres chambres et d’arrêter de perdre du temps. Nous avons indiqué qu’un petit geste commercial serait suffisant peu importe ce que cela pourrait être. L’employé m’a dit qu’il allait en parler avec sa hiérarchie mais que bien sûr pour lui cela serait normal.. aucune nouvelle puis nous sommes tomber sur lui en remontant en chambre. Il nous a dit que tout avait été refusé pour sa hiérarchie. Nous avons accepté le refus et continuer notre séjour.
La pression d’eau de la douche est très faible. Embêtant quand nous avons des cheveux longs.
Les coussins sont très fins donc pas très confortables.
Le lendemain nous avons réservé un petit déjeuner en chambre ( avec supplément financier) en remplissant lendemain document proposés à cet effet. Lors de la livraison nous avons reçu de très petites quantités alors que nous avons indiqué que nous sommes 4. De + aucun couverts, assiettes, verres n’avait été prévu. Nous avons donc rappeler la réception qui a pris en compte ma demande. La personne qui nous a ramené les manquants nous a bien fait comprendre qu’elle n’aimait pas les aller retour. Continuant d’alimenter l’ambiance malaisante qu’on a ressenti pendant tout ce séjour. Et je pourrais ne pas m’arrêter là. Dommage

Pros:

Nous avons passé un séjour absolument parfait à Hotel Erbprinz - Gourmet & Spa.
L’accueil a été exceptionnel, avec une équipe aux petits soins du début à la fin.
L’établissement est irréprochable : très propre, parfaitement insonorisé, avec des chambres de grand standing et une literie d’un confort remarquable. Tout est pensé pour le bien-être des clients.
Un grand bravo pour le buffet du petit déjeuner, qui offre un choix impressionnant et de grande qualité. L’espace spa et la piscine sont également magnifiques, très bien entretenus et particulièrement agréables.
Nous recommandons cet hôtel sans hésitation et y reviendrons avec grand plaisir !
Seul petit bémol : le prix du parking, un peu élevé (18€ la journée).

For a wellness stay, this place is unbeatable.
Pros:

There was a lovely, old-world exclusivity in this hotel. We liked the secure parking and the comfort of the beds. The restaurant was very good. The pool and saunas were good quality and the wellness area had loads of chill-out areas for reading and relaxing, and even having a mock- or cocktail..

Cons:

The rooms were laid out in a nonsensical way, and even with a staff member taking us to our rooms initially, they were hard to find again. Signing of the rooms was confusing, as one whole section of the 200 series was not posted on many room indicator signs. Our friend got lost in her pool bathrobe for almost 15 minutes. We could not open the window in our room. Additionally, there was no coffee/tea maker.

Wäre nicht das Personal, der Spa und das Restaurant man würde um den Erbprinz einen Bogen machen.
Pros:

Das Personal ist topp. Das Restaurant ist sehr gut. Die Speisefolge ist eher schnell. Etwas Pause zwischen den Göngen wäre wünschenswert. Der Spa ist super.

Cons:

Zimmer sind in die Jahre gekommen. Eine Renovation täte Not. Ein no Go: eine nicht funktionierende Klospülung. Zimmer

Eine Reise wert.
Pros:

Inhaber geführtes top Hotel. Badischer geht nicht, das Food und Beverage Angebot ist outstanding.
Ebenso der Spa ist top gemanaget.
Werden definitiv wieder kommen.

Ein wunderschönes Urlaubserlebnis
Pros:

Das Zimmer war sehr geräumig und die Betten sehr bequem. Das Frühstück war sehr reichhaltig und von hervorragender Qualität. Es war sauber und das Personal sehr freundlich.

Pros:

Chambre propre, la piscine, sauna parfait. Très beau et chaleureux. Le restaurant est très bien, rien à dire. Petit déjeuner exceptionnel, repas parfait. L’eau de la piscine donne la peau douce

Cons:

Peinture de la chambre été à refaire, pourquoi mettre 2 petites couettes au lieu d’une grande? J’ai trouvé ça désagréable. Et des volets manquent dans les chambres.

Schöne Auszeit, super Spa & leckeres Restaurant :)
Pros:

Ich war erst etwas skeptisch, weil die Bewertungen nicht alle so positiv sind. Es war wirklich sehr schön :).
Das Hotel ist sehr schön, unser Zimmer (Living Room), war sehr schön und sauber.
Spa Bereich wundervoll, nicht zu voll (an einem Wochenende) und es gab sogar Peeling & viele Früchte. Der Pool ist richtig groß und alles sehr schön angelegt und wirkt sehr neu :).
Restaurant ist nicht ganz günstig, aber sehr lecker und sehr guter Service (Maurice war unser Kellner, sehr sehr angenehm).
Preis & Leistung insgesamt echt sehr fair.

Cons:

- Samstag Nachmittag war es nicht so leicht, Liegen im SPA Bereich zu finden, weil einfach einige Liegen „belegt“ waren, aber niemand darauf gelegen hatte.
Ggf könnte man das noch optimieren, dass man darauf hinweist, die liegen frei zu machen, wenn sie nicht mehr benötigt werden.
Sonntag waren den ganzen Tag wieder mehr als genug Liegen frei :).
