First stay was great, the room was in good conditions.
Pros:

Location staff and landscaping are great.

Cons:

1- Floor is uneven with some corners lifting up which cause a small scrap to my toe when I walked over it.
2- A/C indoor unit condensation line was either clogged or non-existing because all the condensation was leaking through the wall down to the floor and that's the reason the floor is lifting up.
3-A broken desk lamp cover was broken giving a poor look to the area.
4- Not enough parking spaces or not readily available.

Tranquilidad y seguridad
Pros:

Estuvo excelente mi estancia como siempre, con la tranquilidad y seguridad que se respira; poder descansar muy agusto en la habitacion, y disfrutar del menu renovado y desayunos muy sabrosos, es una satisfaccion completa.

I would definitely stay here again, because it is spacious, located in a safe area, and not too far

The room was spacious and quite nice; the only issue was that the sink had no water pressure. It has a bathtub, but there was a leak—I’m not sure where it was coming from—so there was always water on the floor. When taking a shower, water spills out all over the bathroom, leaving the whole place soaked afterward.

I had breakfast twice, and both times the eggs were undercooked.

Excelente opción
Pros:

Un excelente hotel boutique, muy bien ubicado en Zapopan. Tranquilo, silencioso y con una decoración clásica.
Las tardes en el jardín son exquisitas para relajarse después de un día de ajetreo.
Un detalle muy bueno es que posee sauna finlandés disponible.

Cons:

No hay refrigerador en las habitaciones. Mi habitación olía un poco a humedad y quizás hay que profesionalizar más al personal el que, igualmente, es muy amable.
El desayuno es bastante austero pero bien preparado.
