Enjoyable with helpful staff
Pros:

It’s connected through sky bridge from Rokko liner island centre station, which makes it easier to move luggages even in the rain.

Cons:

The curtains are too thin and the hotel room was bright around 5.30am in summer mornings

Mooie grote kamer met zicht op 2 kanten

Dat er geen raam open kon om te luchten ,airco kon de kamer niet goed koelen moest hem op de hoogste stand zetten door de constante tocht daarvan zijn we zeer verkouden geworden tot beroerdens toe helaas

食堂のスタッフの対応がとても良かった。
タオルの吸水性は抜群。
部屋からの見晴らしが素晴らしかった

Cons:

外国人のスタッフの日本語を聴き取れない時があった。
部屋のお風呂の排水口の臭いが少し気になった。
備え付けのメイク落とし、ビックリする程落ちない。

部屋の広くて過ごしやすかったです。

朝食が美味しいホテルですね！丹波牛のすき焼きをおかわりしましたw
Pros:

朝食が種類豊富でおいしかった！朝食会場のスタッフさんも親切で過ごしやすかったですし、景色も良かったです。お部屋も広めでした。駐車場も出入りが可能でしたので用事で出かける時も助かりましたし、併設のビルにヤマダスーパーがあり便利でした。

Cons:

建物の古さが気になったのとベッドを追加していただき部屋は広めの部屋にアップグレードをしていただきましたが、ベッドの配置が使いにくくて自分たちで動かしたりしてちょっと時間がかかったのが惜しいです。修学旅行生の動く音？？が聞こえてきましたが、夜は割と静かだったので助かりました。
