残念だった！
Pros:

17階のお部屋だったので、景色は良かったです。

Cons:

・ホテル内のレストランがお休み
・会話はわからないけど隣の部屋の声が聞こえる
・床かいつも振動している
環境が良さそうと思った選んだのに、とても残念でした。

An economical option in Kobe but far from everything
Pros:

Rooms are spacious and it's a vey quiet location so sleep was ideal. There is a small mall next to it with supermarket and cafe, while more things to do for families. Helpful spot for guests with cars. Didn't taste the in-site restaurant to comment on that.

Cons:

Location is not good to explore Kobe as you are 30 min away from centre. It's still under development this part of the city. Not much to do around here unless you are a student at the university.

Not helpful that although rooms are ready reception didn't allow us to check-in 30 min earlier upon arrival! It's understandable this strict policy for apartments when cleaning needs it's time but when you are a large hotel with so many hotels you can be more flexible.
