Pros:

Terrible staff
Pros:

Staff was terrible, I’ve never felt so uncomfortable in my life. I left a day early even though I prepaid. The breakfast attendant was the worst woman ever to come into contact with in the morning. She regularly degraded the guests to other staff when she thought nobody was listening. My spirit couldn’t rest, I had to leave.

Cons:

The staff was terrible expect for the 3-11 front desk attendant. The morning attendant (transgender with braids)was rude she could be. The day shift guy had horrible pink eye and shouldn’t have even been there, he was condensing, disrespectful, and continuously engaged me with microaggressions. I couldn’t work there, never stay here if you are on business.

to sum up. our stay was very comfortable, close to our destination and clean. WE LOVED IT!!!
Pros:

Breakfast was delicious both Saturday and Sunday. Food was hot and fresh! The ladies working the dining area were freindly, professional and accommodating.

Cons:

No complaints at all on the breakfast.

it was a great birthday weekend at this hotel and the staff was verrrry sweet
Pros:

i very much enjoyed how nice the staff was how quiet the hotel was even though it was in downtown little rock it was also very clean and the place was great to be at i had the most relaxing birthday weeekend

Cons:

the pool was closed that was it i understood it was still winter time and its on the roof but i so wish i could of swam oooooooo and the coffee maker wasnt working

After a long day of traveling this was the perfect place to stop for the night

Horrible and loud all night
Pros:

Nothing it was not a pleasant stay

Cons:

Everything, teens running up and down hall all night making a lot of noise called management 4 times and told she’s by herself and would try to get up on our floor. We stopped rest because had a full day of driving and got no sleep at all

Pros:

My stay at Comfort Inn & Suites was excellent from start to finish. From the moment we arrived, the staff was very friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help.

The room was very clean, comfortable, and well-equipped—perfect for relaxing after a long day. The beds were especially comfortable, and everything felt well-maintained and organized. The hotel also had a quiet and pleasant atmosphere.

The complimentary breakfast was a great bonus, with good options to start the day. I also really liked the location, as it’s convenient and close to many places.

I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for comfort, great service, and a pleasant stay. I would definitely stay here again!
