Comfort mostly.
Pros:

Great customer service. Comfortable room. No in room coffee service, incomplete coffee machine.

Cons:

Starting to look uncredited for. Baseboards (cove molding missing in hallways).Wallpaper and carpet coming up in places. Breakfast dicey, coffee watery sausage burned and texture tasted of high cereal content. Sausage gravy was watery.

Great location
Pros:

We stayed to go to Simon’s Bank arena for a show. Was only a short Uber ride to show.
Beautiful Sherell at the desk is so friendly and welcoming and helpful. And they serve free breakfast in the morning! Great deal & location for Little Rock events!

Pros:

Traveling from California to ATL we stopped at a few hotels full of unfriendly staff. However, Jennifer (I hope that’s her, with the red hair) greeted us with a smile and a very friendly attitude. I hope she knows that she gave my boyfriend and I a good laugh and we’re thankful for her hospitality
