Not on the West side!
Pros:

Breakfast area was very clean and organized. Ms J kept up and cleaned continued. Well stocked and good service.

Cons:

I-30 during rush hour is a BEAR! You have the establishment too close and if you have a West facing room - TOO NOISY!

Good stay
Pros:

Hotel and room were clean. All the staff were very friendly. I didn’t venture out at all as I just stayed briefly on my road trip but the location seems decent. Would stay here again!

I would definitely go back again. Very nice.
Pros:

It was nice to have a restaurant and bar inside as well as convenient underground parking. Rooms were clean and comfortable.

Cons:

Restaurant menu very limited and they were out of some things. Also my order was not filled properly. When I called to let them know they did come up to my room with the rest of my order.

Comfort inn - the inn with the best manager around.
Pros:

I cannot express my gratitude enough!! First and foremost we stayed during the memorable January snow storm. We had made reservations through our hospital as nurses are essential and cannot call off due to weather. While we were fighting the cold, the lives of patients, and OUR patience.. comfort inn made it possible to go through this weekend without having to worry about “home”. This hotel made a perfect home away from home. We did not have to worry about wifi, warm water or BREAKFAST. Let me tell yall, this breakfast was better than any after a long night shift.

I would like to give the biggest shout out to Sherrell. She went above and beyond to meet our smallest needs and even more so to needs that were not her burden to bear. As I was pulling into the hotel, I had gotten stuck between the hotel and its parking lot. Before I could even reach for my phone to call for help, Sherell had come to my rescue, shovel in hand ready to help. She got me unstuck! With a smile on her face and a helpful attitude none the less! I’ve never been greeted by such a welcoming hotel manager.

Later in the stay, we had some issues with our bookings (NOT DUE TO COMFORT INN, but rather our hospital who booked us our rooms). We were anxious, worried about sleep, worried about having a room, and ultimately upset about the situation with several questions. Sherell came to the rescue AGAIN. She reached out to parties beyond our knowledge and gave assurance that we would be taken care of. AND WE WERE.

I cannot express our deepest gratitude for this woman and the hotel. If you’re looking for a place to stay, look no further. And if you have had a bad experience with comfort inn— ask for Sherell. She’ll leave you wondering why you ever tried someplace else.

Excellent hotel and very reasonably priced.
Pros:

The room was spacious and clean, breakfast was well prepared and similar to other hotels that offer free breakfast, and the front desk staff was attentive and friendly. I booked this location because its rate was inexpensive and more than competitive with other hotels of its type.

Great place to stay in downtown Little Rock
Pros:

This Comfort Inn has a nice, comfortable lobby, a very spacious, quiet and clean room, and is conveniently located in Little Rock. Front desk has been friendly.
