The outside looked nice.
But once you step inside, its a different story. Very run down. The t.v. in the room was unplugged and perched high up in the corner. When my husband tried to plug it in, the plug didn't even work so we couldn't watch t.v. absolutely unacceptable. The A/C unit started smelling like it was burning and kept shutting down. The breakfast was horrible. Only options were oatmeal, bad banana muffins or small bagels. No cereal, no meat, no eggs. No fresh milk or creamer either. Coffee tasted bad. Only powder creamer, sugar or sweet n low to put in it. I will NEVER stay here again.
This hotel was rattie the A/c hummed. The room had a really bad smell know microwave our refrigerator. And the staff came off unapproachable. I will never waste my money staying their again. I had to clean the room in order too stay in it.
Maybe the location my mom was in St Vincent. However, their was other hotel around i could have chosen, if I had known that this hotel was so ratty. I really wasted my money booking. I use you a lot. I think you should really do your checking before you suggest certain property.. Thank You

Small bad an bad is uncomfortable
The price and with that you get what you pay for 🤷🏽♀️. The area was perfect the day we had planned.
Cleanliness was not upkeep. The tub was stained, the toilet seat was had a sticky surface, there was mold in picture frame hanging in the room, my daughters Apple juice had some clump of something to come out of the machine with her drink.
Good value and helpful staff.
Sink was backed up and room was damp smelling.

Had gas stations and restaurant walking distance.
My key card stopped working, and the front desk refused to fix my card bc the other person that was staying in the room had the same problem. Front desk then lied about there position saying they were the manager and then continued to lie about her name. The next day the other worker told me she wasn't a manager and that wasn't her name either.

The crowd outside late at night, the room had a baby roach, there was a mildew smell in the room, the blankets were extremely thin and scratchy, tv remote didn’t work, tv was sticky, the shower was dripping all night and the free breakfast wasn’t already made plus no coffee.
