The room carpet was dirty the tables in room was dry rot

Rooms were dirty, smelled like wet dog, and had roaches. There was food left in fridge and microwave from previous guest, looked at 2 rooms before leaving. Requested refund and have not yet received.
Location
I was in a hurry to get checked out and I had to wait for house keeping to go down to the room. To get my deposit back.

The smell of the room
Receptionist is so kind but please don't put us in room 118 it has a odor but we do get the non smoking room.
Room smelled
Nothing.
I only gave it a 1 because I can’t give it a zero. The beds were the most uncomfortable I’ve ever slept in. There was a loud and squeaky metal box spring and a hard mattress with springs sticking in my back all night. We barely got any sleep. The “breakfast” was just microwave oatmeal in a pack or cereal. The bathroom faucets are rusted and look moldy. And the water spurts out like the pipes are old. The walls have cracks and holes toward the base boards and it’s one switch by the door that controls all the other switches in the room so make sure it’s on before you try to turn on the bathroom or bedside lights. The A/C barely worked so it was hot! We literally checked out early we were so fed up. Never staying here again.

Overall facility is not so great. Not value for Money. Breakfast options were very limited and no space for sitting.
The room was not clean it had hair in the tub on the sink I asked front desk for cleaning solution so I was able to go in there and clean it myself. I also slept in my clothes.
