The property was dirty, the floors dirty, pubic hairs on the toilet and floor, the air conditioner sounded like a Mack truck in the room. It was in a horrible location. I did not feel safe.

If I pay my money I want what you advertise.
Pros:

The puctures on booking.com not what I received.
They stuck in Old outdated room
Sheets had urine stains,holes in wall dusty cobwebs
Dirty. The pictures didn't show this room.
If I hadnt of paid I would have left.

Pros:

I asked to be somewhere with no stairs. They put me in the very back of the hotel.. I am handicap. I had to go up one stairs . I got back Tuesday night after being again all day, and my door was open.i called the office to tell them I didn't feel comfortable staying any longer, and she said you would not get a refund .Manger came and said, "You can have a different room . At that point, I was very uncomfortable on staying there. I was there because my heat had gone out in my home. That night, I returned to my house and stayed in a cold.

Pros:

Immediately realized it looks way worse than the pictures. The night window person was nice. However, He placed us in the very last room in the corner. Multiple suspiscius individuals were pacing outside which gave a sense of fear. As a mother traveling with three kids, I didn't feel safe. The door was clearly forced open at some point and was unable to be locked. For security, we were forced to use a chair to barricade the door. We also saw a roach inside the room Immediately upon entering. There was no toilet paper in the bathroom, and we were forced to use the ones we had in the car. All of the fabric felt used and possibly dangerous. The entire experience felt incredibly unsafe. We had to leave early out of fear for our safety. At 7:30, we managed to finally wake someone up to check us out.
I do not reccomend staying here. Only positive was the air conditioning

Pros:

Toliet was clogged and none of the staff members did anythjng about it. Roaches crawling around every 10 mins. Not worth the money and definitely wont be staying here again
