Very pet friendly good location and clean. Also hot tub and pool!
Pros:

I love the pool and hot tub. The location is convenient for day trips. Our Goldie, Chester is welcomed. Easy access for my walking issues, elevator so I can avoid steps! Extremely friendly staff.

Cons:

We were a little disappointed because on our previous trip the office had an awesome coffee brewer which has been removed, the lobby was being remodeled, maybe it will return. Television is limited no CBS, ABC, NBC unless you have streaming subscriptions. Fortunately Netflix is available.

Clean but basic
Pros:

Location was good and within walking distance to the beach and city center. Our room got upgraded for free. The room was very clean.

Cons:

The walls are very thin and unfortunately the next occupants were watching TV extremely loudly (we could hear word for word) and had two screaming babies all night.

Instalaciones del hotel sucias y Pasamos la peor noche , La cama es MUY PEQUEÑA para dos personas y DEMASIADO INCOMODA y las almohadas ni hablar.

Worst hotel in Santa Cruz, CA.
Pros:

ABSOLUTELY NOTHING!

Cons:

Didn't know about a $100 damage deposit which is still "pending" on my Visa account. There was not enough towels and face cloths for 2 people. The sink faucet sputtered and shot water all over the sink every time we turned it on. The heater control was not working properly. I reported all this to the desk multiple times and the answer was always "I'll send someone over." That never happened. Oh, and our beds were never made and the room was never cleaned when we left the room.

Muy bien ubicado, tiendas muy cerca y sobre todo muy limpio

Cons:

El ascensor a veces funciona a veces no, pero realmente acceder a la habitación no es problema por las escaleras.

The only positive aspect of my stay was the location, which was convenient and close to everything we needed. Unfortunately, aside from that, my experience did not meet expectations.

Cons:

I had a very concerning experience with safety, as someone entered my room at 2:20 AM using a key, which made me feel extremely unsafe. The staff did not take the situation seriously and refused to take appropriate action. Additionally, the check-in process was disorganized and lacked basic security measures, as no ID or verification was requested.

Good location, but safety concerns
Pros:

The location was good, and parking was free. Staff were friendly.

Cons:

Our keys stopped working after the office was closed. We texted the number posted on the door, and we were directed to use a universal key that was left in a location that anyone (guest or not) could access it. This is unsafe and unacceptable. The following night, the keys stopped working again, and we were given two new keys just by saying the room number (no name verification or asking for ID). Again, unprofessional and unsafe. The location and low price do not make up for this, and unfortunately we will not stay here again.
