Annual Bangkok get-away
Pros:

We requested a room change and that was good. The new room was spacious, bright and comfortable (as per all our earlier bookings)

The initial room was small, dark and claustrophobic.

Location is near to many eating places, shopping areas and train lines to get anywhere. Convenient walking distance

Hotel Shuttle also provided for drop-off at selected locations ie Siam Paragon. Frequent services and very convenient

Cons:

The buffet breakfast quality has seriously dropped. A lot of choices catering for vegetarians and selected guests. Other choices have been reduced much to my dismay

Display at some lifts was not readable so it was a guessing game which floor the lift is stopping at, especially when the lift was full

Awesome hotel & fantastic views from our room & the rooftop.
Pros:

Location was ideal not right in the middle of the crazy night life with the party areas. But not too far away on a grab bike or grab taxi to be able to get to where ever you wanted to within 10/15Mins. Market & restaurants just outside the hotel. Hotel was really posh & staff was great.

Cons:

The swimming pool water was too hot all the time. Would be nice if the water was colder be more refreshing when getting in it.

The location and the 360 view

Cons:

Inefficient and dirty. Saw and killed a cockroach in our room, the room wasn't vacuum, clogged pipe causing flood on the shower.

Verder een goed en mooi hotel
Pros:

Het ontbijt, dealer was groot en een mooi uitzicht op Bangkok

Cons:

De douchekop hangt te laag. De WC is waardeloos het weg spoelen is heel lastig en lukt De oms pas na een paar keer drukken.

I will book again next time I am in Bangkok.
Pros:

Great location close to shops and transportation. Although there was crazy traffic due to the subway station building going on for three years now . Bangkok traffic is insane.

Cons:

You have to go through several elevator puzzles to get to your room . There should a dedicated elevator for hotel guest and one for the people that just want to go to the observatory or dine at their restaurant in the high floors. Not a long wait but . Confusing
