Cons:

When you book through Booking.com they allocate you worthless room. No view, no natural light and mostly corner room.
We let them know that we are not happy and they change it.

Outstanding hotel in an outstanding location
Pros:

The Anchorage is wonderfully situated and the situation is matched by the hotel’s rooms and facilities. The staff were professional and pleasant. The food at breakfast and dinner was excellent.

This is not a complaint, but the gluten free selection at breakfast could have been more generous

We had a wonderful stay at The Anchorage. It was the perfect place to rest, relax and enjoy the lovely location.

Fabulous location in a beautiful coastal hotel. Very peaceful and inviting.

Beautiful location. Very peaceful, modern with great views. Short walk to a secluded white sandy beach.

Cons:

Having to pay for a coffee at breakfast when you’ve already paid for an included breakfast seems a bit off!! Service was a bit slow/scarce however staff were very friendly.
