Delightful, relaxed little bit of indulgence

All meal were superb. Breakfast an absolute stand out in terms of quality and variety.
The majority of teh staff all were, happy, helpful and very professional

Cons:

95% of the staff and interaction were magnificent. Unfortunately, there were 2 staff members ( I realise this is cruel as the 20 or more we were in contact with were really very very good, exceeding our expectations in professionalism) who really let the team down. They seemed to not want to be there, were border line rude and very unhelpful.
As stated that was the only thing that let the stay down, most of teh staff were excellent.

The location is perfect, making it easy to explore the area. The view is absolutely stunning — sitting on the balcony, we felt so calm and peaceful, truly able to relax and enjoy the moment.

I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway.

Eine tolle Unterkunft, teilweise sehr freundliches aber teilweise auch sehr gestresst wirkendes und aufgesetzt freundliches Personal, wir haben uns teilweise fast ein bisschen von oben herab behandelt gefühlt, das hat uns nicht so gut gefallen - sonst wären es 10 Punkte - Frühstück war absolut fabelhaft!

Cons:

Manche der Angestellten wirkten auf uns nicht aufrichtig freundlich - vielleicht haben wir laut deren Ansicht nicht in das gehobene Etablissement gepasst - sowas mögen wir leider gar nicht

As we arrived late, the staff had not set up the sofabed. Although it was a minor issue. There were also bugs in the room. My friend had his arm bitten while sleeping on the sofa bed.
