Exceeded our expectations. Felt like home
Pros:

1) Wonderful staff, friendly and very helpful.
2) Attention to the environment (recycling bins with clear instructions, which is not always the case elsewhere, Green Stay option. You can tell they truly care).
3) Very relaxed atmosphere. Hostel-like feeling with common areas to get together if travellers want to (games, books, tables for evening chats), with all the conveniences of a hotel.
4) The pool area!
5) The location close to Muddy's Playground, which my children loved.
I was a bit nervous when I committed to a 2-week stay, because you never know if you'll like a place you've never been, but honestly this hotel has exceeded our expectations and we felt like home. Room 117 was very convenient: ground floor, easy access to reception and laundry on the other side of the little courtyard, also next to the common tables and not too close to the pool. Of all the hotels we've been over our 2-month travels around Australia, this is the only one we would truly recommend staying at. We will definitely stay here again if we visit Cairns another time.

Βρισκεται σε ωραια τοποθεσια, τρια τετραγωνα απο τον παραλιακο. Το προσωπικο εξυπηρετικοτατο και ευγενικό.

Cons:

Πολυ κακη ηχομονωση. Μπορουσες να ακουσεις τα παντα απο τα διπλανα δωματια, τις εξωτερικες βεραντες και τα διπλανα μπανια. Το πρωινο αρκετα μετριο χωρις ποικιλια.

We only stayed one night but would happily stay longer.
Cons:

Comfy, clean, big bed and decent sized room. Good value, short walk (3 blocks) to plenty of eateries and the Esplanade.

スタッフがみんなとても丁寧で、困ったことがあると助けてくれます。施設も清潔で、清掃が行き届いていました。行く前にも質問にすぐ返信をくれました。

Pros:

立地が良く、色んな場所に歩いて行ける距離なのがよかった。
日本人スタッフもいて、安心できた。
部屋も広く、綺麗で清潔感もあり、よかったです。

Cons:

枕元近くにコンセントの差し込み口や充電用のUSB差し込み口があるとよかった(ベッド脇のコンセントはベッドライトで塞がれていたので、それを外して使っていました)
また、WiFiの通信速度が遅いように感じました
