Staff and facilities were all excellent
Pros:

Clean, had everything we needed. Great location could walk to everything we wanted to do in the CBD, we had a car and parking was free on the road outside of the hotel.

Cute hotel close to the marina, shops and restaurants!
Pros:

We were upgraded to a larger room which was nice. There is a pool and games to play and books to read. This hotel is within walking distance to the marina/harbor area and all the shops and restaurants.

Cons:

Breakfast is a little expensive and would have liked a life/elevator.

Construction work started in the rooms at 08:00, breaking up the floors! we couldn't hear each other speaking in the room. When I complained at the desk I was told that there was a sign to warn us about the upcoming works when we checked in (it was an A4 sheet of paper telling us they were refurbishing the bathrooms during the day). I'm sure the hotel will be lovely once the works are completed, but the works were never mentioned whilst I was booking the room.

As you can imagine, this did not help my jet lag...

Alles wat ik nodig had.
Pros:

Personeel was erg vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Ontbijt was prima, niet al te uitgebreid maar qua basis alles wat nodig was. Bed was naar tevredenheid, goede matras aanwezig.

Cons:

Ik kan niks aanmerken op m’n verblijf, en als dan had ik dat daar aan kunnen geven en dan hadden ze het zeer zeker opgelost.

Perfekte Lage, komfortables Zimmer! Wir kommen gerne wieder.
Pros:

Wir hatten ein sehr schönes und großes Zimmer mit Blick auf den Innenhof mit Pool und tropischen Pflanzen. Die zentrale Lage könnte nicht besser sein. Parkmöglichkeiten gab es vor der Türe. Auch das Frühstücksbüffet war reichhaltig und lecker.

Cons:

Leider gibt es keinen Lift. Unser Zimmer war im 3. Stock, mit schwerem Gepäck ist das mühsam.
