Great value hotel with a ton of facilities you wouldn’t expect.
Pros:

Clean, well maintained property. Mel’s diner is open 24/7. Peet’s coffee on premise. Fun Zone/Arcade is great for kids. Good location if you’re skiing close to Truckee/Donner. Well priced.

Cons:

Smell of smoke in the lobby areas.

Fun but rather pricey for what you're getting.
Pros:

This is always a fun stop with the live music and the gambling. The staff at Mel's diner made Friday night midnight breakfast a lot of fun.
If you're going to stay here ask for a south-tower room the North Tower is like being in Siberia

Cons:

Thought it was pretty pricey for what you get.

I was very pleased with the hotel, will stay there again for sure
Pros:

clean room, quiet, comfortable beds, 3 restaurants (we went to diner), fun center with a lot of activities for kids

Cons:

The parking lot could have been cleared of snow better (I understand that there was a snow storm 3 days ago).

Pros:

Staff was very nice. Football party was good, but was disappointed that there wasn't Hot Dogs for the big game. Music was good

Cons:

No old school slot machines. BORING and cold. Payouts were pretty sad. Air conditioner worked, but made Awful, loud noises. No jacuzzi
Probably won't return. Left a day early
