Pros:

Staff was very nice. Football party was good, but was disappointed that there wasn't Hot Dogs for the big game. Music was good

Cons:

No old school slot machines. BORING and cold. Payouts were pretty sad. Air conditioner worked, but made Awful, loud noises. No jacuzzi
Probably won't return. Left a day early

Remodeled Rooms
Pros:

Stayed in the north tower, room 1215. It's a remodeled room and the designer did a great job. Check in was quick and the front desk agent Matt helped us with our rewards for a free night. They provide coupons for food discounts and a free drink at either Verdi Casino which is located in the back of the property or at the main casino.
Room is really comfortable and quiet on a Monday night, but wish the pillows were a bit fluffier. Staff is friendly and we will be back for another visit.

Would not recommend.
Cons:

Rooms located way too far from entrance. No exterior window. Noisy. Too much casino, too little hotel. Very confusing and disorienting parking lot. Very noisy A/C, noise from other rooms. Confusing interior layout of building. Ran out of towels as room not cleaned/checked on second day. Every room smelled like cigarette smoke. Would not stay again, would not recommend.

Ghostly review.
Pros:

We were unwittingly given room 3231, a room that had prior haunting. During our stay my wife saw an apparition lying next to me in the middle of the night. Since I don't like sharing my bed with a ghost, I won't be staying there again.

Beds were the worst
Pros:

Easy to get to off the freeway.

Cons:

We stayed in the North Tower and it’s so far away from the casino floor. The beds were very uncomfortable and the design and location of things such as bedside lamps that you can’t turn off unless you get out of bed again. The bathroom shower controls are backwards, placement of the toilet paper holder made no sense.

I will not stay here again
Pros:

Mel’s diner was wonderful.

Cons:

It’s been 3 weeks since our stay and we have not received our $150 deposit back yet. We have contacted the company 3 times and still nothing. Very disappointing.
