Property is okay for short term stay.
Pros:

Generally property is clean and comfortable. My room window is facing the pool. Uncomfortable to know someone might be looking at us through the window.

This property was okayed.
Pros:

Clean and decent size of the room. Bathroom seems little crowded.

Cons:

First visit, the room had a window facing the pool so the noise from pool was annoying-mechanical. On second visit, I expressed the discomfort from the first visit staff placed my room away from the pool but right on top of the big air conditioning unit. The noise from that was more consistent throughout the night.

Cons:

The guy that had checked us in wasn’t really generous about my check in. I had locked my debit card due to be on vacation and forgot to unlock before coming in. Instead on being polite and quiet about it. He was extremely loud about my card declining. I told him I have had locked my card and needed to unlock it. And he replied “ I’ll take your word for it “ in a snarky attitude. Made me completely uncomfortable and embarrassed in front of the whole lobby.
Employees should be more aware of customers feelings and debit card details in front of other customers. Thank you

The hotel is very conveniently located. Mel’s is a big plus. Our stay was only for one night. I wouldn’t stay more than

Great location.

Cons:

Closet size bathroom. Beds too firm. Not cleaned and replenished properly. There was empty Kleenex box, shower shelf was very wet; not cleaned and dried after previous customer. Toilet paper very rough. Had to walk through casino to get to rooms. Casino stores closed early.

great value, clean room, fun game center, and nice small mountain view
Pros:

The staff was friendly, room was clean, view was nice, everything worked well, and the fitness room had a pelaton, which was a bonus :) There was also live music every night, the kids fun center was full of games, a carosel, prizes, etc. I would recommend.

Cons:

Nothing that the hotel couldn't fix. I'm not the biggest fan of the early morning casino crowd, but that's what you get when you stay at a casino :)
