Certain aspects
Everything from the friendly staff to the amazing views. Michael was extremely welcoming and made my mum feel very special for her birthday. The grounds are stunning and everything is thought of in this resort.
The tv service was very glitchy. But that is not even important in such beautiful accommodation.
Facilities are excellent for family trip. My kids have experienced ice skating for the first time in their life, there are also swimming pool, playground and giant slide inside the hotel. It's about 5mins drive to a fantastic lookout nearby.
Spacious rooms
Ran out of shower gel

Outdated and in need of some love

Nice restaurants on the property
When booking through booking.com, you’re not notified of any of the additional activities offered. When we got there and wanted to book our kids in, there wasn’t any spaces available.
Very child friendly, staff accomodating via message before and during stay, lovely big room with balcony
No light on balcony. Cots in room very old and squeaky when toddler moved so wakened with every movement
Staff were so good
Facilities were great
The rooms were dirty. Just as a lot of other reviews have commented. A lot of dust on the tables and side tables. Webs on the balcony and the carpet had an odd smell .
But if you’re out and about most of the trip this really isn’t a big deal
Beautiful grounds surrounding and the views
Terrible showers, a cluster of dead flies in the roof of my room. I wasn’t informed I was in an adjoining room so was working up at 5:40am by someone’s screaming children. The floor I was staying on had a major water leak in the hallway and they were professional drying to clean it, but unfortunately it smelled quite strongly of wet dog for my entire trip and the hallway was covered in wet towels the entire trip for me.
Beautiful!
Nothing
Friendly Staff
Breakfast did not meet the Halal requirement. Halal and non halal food was mixed and cross handled.
Great location
Tired hotel. Really horrible, expensive breakfast. Coffee was OK though even though it was out of a machine
Beds, some facilities
The shower, very poor flow. Though the did come and fix it next day
We recently stayed at the Fairmont Resort and it remains our top choice for a family trip to the Blue Mountains.
The Highlights:
Stunning Views: Visiting in April was a highlight; the scenery is breathtaking this time of year.
Exceptional Service: The team here is wonderful. Professional and warm service across the entire resort, from the lobby to the dining areas.
Membership Perks: They do a great job of recognising membership status, making the stay feel extra special.
Kids' Paradise: There is so much to do! Between the indoor ice skating rink, the pools, the famous Rainbow Slide, and the Treetop Adventure, the kids were entertained the entire time.
Though the rooms show a bit of age, the overall experience and facilities are unmatched in the region. It’s the perfect base for families looking to explore Leura and beyond.
