Disappointing
Pros:

I was really disappointed with my stay here. The hotel is clearly very old and not well maintained — the room felt dirty and definitely not worth the price we paid. The lack of upkeep was obvious, especially in the hallways where there was food left lying on the ground from room service. Some of it sat there for hours, and one tray beside our room was still there the next morning, which is pretty unacceptable. There were also stains everywhere and even cobwebs, which just added to the feeling that cleanliness and maintenance are not a priority here.

One of the biggest issues was the atmosphere. This was not advertised as a family hotel, yet there were children everywhere. It completely changed the vibe and made it feel more like a busy holiday park than a relaxing getaway. I specifically booked expecting a spa-style retreat, but it was anything but peaceful.

I understand that it was Easter weekend and places are busy which was expected but from the photos and description it was not mentioned or communicated that this is a family based hotel and I was under the impression that it was a spa resort. The hotel was clearly running as a very family-oriented destination with kids activities and movies on, which again was not advertised and would have definitely influenced my decision.

The pool area was so crowded with kids that I didn’t even feel like using it, which was a huge letdown. On top of that, the food was average at best and didn’t make up for the rest of the experience.

Overall, this place is overpriced, outdated, and misleading in how it presents itself. Definitely not the relaxing spa escape I was hoping for.

Pros:

Location. Facilities. Great for children for Easter! The Doorman carried my luggage. So nice!

Cons:

Overbooked. Staff courteous, but overwhelmed. Overpriced really. One of the children was sick and I asked for urgent change of sheets - but they Never arrived.
