Brilliant location and absolutely best Resort for family with Kids
Pros:

facility was excellent and kids loved it.. We had a good break! the views and location was the best to wind down.

Cons:

Noting as such .However some activities were only available weekend.. they should look into it to have mid week too. Cinema/ Sports, Train ride etc.

Fancy family get away
Pros:

Location is exceptional, good buffet breakfast, great staff, good amount of things to do on site, hotel mascot black Labrador is great. It's close to lots of other things to visit, like scenic world.

Cons:

The room carpets were a bit stained and under the beds not checked for rubbish. But not too bad.

Amazing!!! Go there now!
Pros:

We LOVED everything about the Fairmont Resort. The staff were amazing and efficient, the place was super clean and the food was soo yummy. The boys loved the huge variety of activities, especially the Ice skating. We will definitely be back.

Cons:

It was a shame that we missed out on the weekend activities because we arrived late arvo on Sunday. Would be good to have them run on a Monday too for guests staying past Sunday - just a thought

Old world antiquities. Large lobby and facilities.

Cons:

Aircon in room failed so we nearly froze for two nights. Painfully cold. Set to 26’ C and it was bitterly cold. Opened windows and found that the windows were full of spider webs.bath plug system didn’t work so couldn’t use the bathtub.

Very enjoyable but perhaps more a family resort than a quiet couple of days getting away
Pros:

Staff were great
The whiskey bar and its staff were amazing!

Cons:

The buildings are Very tired, peeling paint and maintenance obviously required which was disappointing.
The kids walking on the furniture and screaming in the bar/eating area adjacent to the entrance. Perhaps staff could address these issues when they arise
